Abstract:
The waste heat boiler production status of boiler manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province was analyzed in this paper.Based on the analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of some leading enterprises were indicated.Both the technical capacity and output of Zhejiang Province e.g.are the first in China.But the product quality is relatively low,the product structure is unreasonable,and the development of boiler industry is unbalanced.A statistical analysis of mass data on the industries such as gas turbine combined cycle power generation,cement,steel,glass,coking etc.showed that the development of the market for waste heat boilers will be accelerated and the development prospects are broad along with the advancement of national energy saving and emission reduction policies.Cite
Efficient pulverized coal industrial boiler system is an advanced technological system by combining pulverized coal combustion chamber with industrial boiler.Analyse the application of this system at home.Based on the application,do investment analysis in detailed.At last,analyse its application prospect and development plan.The results show that the market share of efficient pulverized coal industrial boiler is only 0.3 percent,though the market demand is huge,it also holds strong anti-risk capability and strong profitability.The products output is the most sensitive factor,which should be evaluated by actual demand.Only then can the system make itself productive and reduce cost.

China industry boilers have characteristics that huge total amount, wide distribution, high energy consumption and heavy pollution. Since the Chinese government revised the energy conservation law in 2007, boiler and other high energy consuming special equipment energy conservation supervision was more and more concerned, and in 2014 the Chinese government has enacted the new revision “atmospheric pollution prevention and control law” in which boiler emissions management requirement was increased. But because of boiler energy conservation and environmental protection work started late in China, relevant working basis is weak and the indicators for boiler efficiency, emissions are not perfect, to a certain extent, it restricted the progress of boiler energy conservation and environmental protection work in China. In this paper, we analysis on the effect of energy efficiency standards of industry boiler in China, and give a suggestion to promote China industry boilers to more energy saving.

Coal consumption is still the main part in primary energy consumption in the industrial production in Hangzhou with the demerits of low energy efficiency and serious environmental pollution. Through general investigation on the operation of boilers in Hangzhou City,this article makes a classification and analysis on the main problems existed in the industrial boilers and power station boilers,and puts forward some measures from eight aspects for energy-saving and consumption reduction for industrial boilers.
