    Production status and development prospects of waste heat boilers in Zhejiang Province

    Abstract:
    The waste heat boiler production status of boiler manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province was analyzed in this paper.Based on the analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of some leading enterprises were indicated.Both the technical capacity and output of Zhejiang Province e.g.are the first in China.But the product quality is relatively low,the product structure is unreasonable,and the development of boiler industry is unbalanced.A statistical analysis of mass data on the industries such as gas turbine combined cycle power generation,cement,steel,glass,coking etc.showed that the development of the market for waste heat boilers will be accelerated and the development prospects are broad along with the advancement of national energy saving and emission reduction policies.
    This article introduces status of SO 2 pollution control technologies application for industrial and power boiler in China and some domestic technologies,compares the techno economics of main technologies applied. It also puts forth some suggestions for reference.

    Industrial boilers are increasingly used with the rapid economic development of our country, with both energy consumption and pollutant emissions ranking second in national industry sector, second only to utility boilers; their coal consumption is far higher than high energy-consuming steel, petrochemical and building material industry sectors, and their pollutant emissions caused to national key cities have exceeded that of utility boilers. In this paper, we focused on the merits and demerits of China's industrial boiler energy efficiency indicator standards and make suggestions for improvement, specially, China industry boilers energy efficiency standards and regulation. We really think it will great promote China industry boilers energy efficiency progress.
    The purpose of this article is to assess the impact of current waste legislation on the sustainability of mills operating coal-fired boiler plants that generate boiler ash as waste. This article is based on a case study of a paper and pulp manufacturing company in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Results of the finding indicate that companies operating coal-fired boiler plants will need to adopt cleaner production technology and techniques to reduce boiler ash waste in order continue business operations in the future. Current waste legislation will not allow companies to dispose of boiler ash to landfill sites within the next 5 to 7 years. Ultimately, management needs to consider investment in cleaner technologies as a strategy to improve environmental and economic performance to ensure their future sustainability.

    This paper deals with Shanxi coal industry briefly and the characteristics,methods and experiences of coal industry in energy saving and waste reduction and then the facing problems.It puts forward suggestions around a new revision of management measures on the sustainable development fund and coal mine environmental protection;acceleration of deposit circular economy development,promotion of energy saving and waste reduction technology,the coal department's duty to protect environment,to save energy,to reduce waste and to serve technologically.
