    Abstract:
    Fertilization is one of important measures to promote plant growth.According to three different fertilizer types and different ratios of N,P,K,with 9 treatments and a comparison group,by adopting the LSD multiple comparion research method on three-year-old Camellia oleifera,this paper analyzes different formula fertilization'effects on Camellia oleifera growth and psysiological characteristics.The results show that the different ratable fertilizer can stimulate the growth of young C.oleifera.Ⅴ,Ⅸ,Ⅲ and Ⅱ four treatments have the influence for diameter,height,crown and young branch in 9 treatments.They are the biggest differences in the content of chlorophyll of Camellia oleifera leaf and NO3-reductase activity simultaneously in Ⅵ、Ⅷ treatments.

    [Objective] The research aimed to comparative analysis of chlorophyll content in different leaves from different Camellia oleifera species,clarify their status and spatial distribution characteristics of chlorophyll content,to provide basis for identifying the adaptability of Camellia oleifera rapidly.[Method] The plot test was used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of chlorophyll content of 4 different Camellia oleifera species cultivated in Hainan by Chlorophyll Meter.[Result] The chlorophyll content,existing in the seedling leaves with different varieties of Camellia oleifera,in the distinctly positioned leaves,and in the diverse parts of the same node-positioned leaves,were all different.The varieties of cl03,cl04 and cl40 belonged to one adaptive group,while cl23 belonged to another.And cl03,cl04 and cl40 were more adaptive than cl23.[Conclusion] The chlorophyll content changeof the central part of the leaves in the central part of the Camellia oleifera species at seedling stage is little.So,it is a good choice to measure chlorophyll content in this position.

    The influences of different formula light matrix based on plastic or non-woven fabrics container on the growth condition of seedlings of Camellia oleifera clones were studied in this paper.Meanwhile,the quality,cost of production and profit were all be analyzed,compared with the quality of field bare-root seedlings.Good ways of well formula light matrix and the cost reduction of growing seedlings were put forward to provide practices for efficiently breeding high quality seedlings of Camellia oleifera.

    This paper studied the effects of 2 kinds of management modes of intercropping and extensivly managing Camellia oleifera with tea on growth and fruitting of C.oleifera.The results showed that:the interplanting significantly effected the growth of tree height and ground diameter,very significantly effected the C.oleifera growth of spring shoot,and crown width and fruiting;the growth of C.oleifera in the extensive management was slow,the output of C.oleifera was lower than that with interplanting.

    The photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia oleifera stands in Qiyang County of Hunan Province were investigated,and the photosynthetic characteristics indexes were also studied.The results indicate that the curve of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the mixed Camellia oleifera forests showed double peak change;there were obvious differences for the Camellia oleifera forests in net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency and stomatal limitation value etc.under the conditions of different variety types,site conditions and modification measures,and the synthetically effect of all these physiological indexes decided the photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia oleifera;the fertilization and reclaim both improved the photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia oleifera,and the soil fertility was the biggest influence factor to the photosynthesis;the photosynthesis of the red-ball variety of Camellia was the best.
