In this paper the author maintains that China's accession to WTO is a part of the process in which China gets itself involved in the global economy and that education constitutes the very important part of the software for the involvement. In view of the rules of WTO, the following reforms and innovations should be carried out in our educational system: combining the reform of the educational system with the internationalization of education; self-innovation of the educational management system; ensuring a multi-system in running schools in legislation.

This paper analyzes the influences of China's entry to WTO from three aspects: (1)China's entry to WTO will help China obtain MFNT , settle trade disputes via WTO's uniform rules, participate in formulating unifom rules of international trade and enjoy the preferential treatments provided to developing countries. Therefore, China's entry to WTO can fundamentally improve the international economic and trade environments China is facing, which is the long_term and basic interests of China's joining WTO; (2) China's entry to WTO will promote the development of China's foreign trade, accelerate its economic increase and be beneficial to perfecting the market economic system, adding job opportunities and improving people's living standards. Besides, it will be favorable to optimizing the structure of industries and progress in technology, and activating economic development. Meanwhile, it should be noted that China's joining WTO may put more pressure on the quick transition of economic system. (3) China's entry to WTO doesn't mean it will open its entire market to the world.
