    Abstract:
    This thesis adopts the decision tree assessment and evaluation methods to probe the performance assessment of power industry enterprises.At present the power industry enterprises base the assessment on massive details and the correlation of the indices are reinforced and overlapped.To clarify the target performance assessment,the aptitude,personality and quality of individual employees should be emphasized.

    The article is devoted to the assessment of the risks of energy enterprises. To assess the risks, the assessment criteria for debtors, areas of energy activity enterprises are indicated. Clustering of energy enterprises was carried out by the level of risks and by performance indicators. Data processing was carried out using the processing wizard in the Deductor Academic system: building a decision tree, neural networks, self-organizing Kohonen maps. Based on the results of the assessment, decisive factors that increase the level of risk were identified.

    The customers of seed industry are dispersed,product performance to a large extent depends on the nature with poor control,enterprise market management is late started with low starting point,the talent aggregation degree is relatively lower than other industry,the competition is fierce with rival level uneven,etc.According to the characteristics of seed industry,the problems in performance evaluation of seed enterprise employees were analyzed,including lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and evaluation method.And in view of the above questions,a set of seed enterprise performance evaluation index system was constructed.Finally taking a seed enterprise as an example and using the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,employees were comprehensively evaluated.The evaluation results provided important basis for human resource management in seed enterprises.

    With the scope of Beijing information-based electric power enterprises,on the basis of the initial selection of the relevant indicators that may affect the employee salary satisfaction,this paper uses the grey relational analysis to filter the primary indicators.According to the index system,the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of employee salary satisfaction is built.The model has a important practical value on the assessments of employee satisfaction.Accurate and scientific evaluation results will provide the guarantee for improving the morale in the information-based electric power enterprises and the human resources assistance for promoting the rapid development of informationbased electric power enterprises

    Evaluation of employees in industrial enterprises is a problem, because evaluators often make decisions based on subjective feelings. The objective approach is missing in the evaluation of employees. Objective approach during evaluation of employe es can be achieved by applying the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process. We applied the method in the field of HR management in three enterprises in Slovakia. For the first time, we used the method in an enterprise in selection process of the position of HR worker, where on the basis of the criteria, we recommended the most suitable candidate for the enterprise. The second was the application of the method in the enterprise for evaluating managers, where the enterprise needed to identify qualitative differ ences between managers and then determine, in which fields the employees must improve. The third application was the creation of a methodology for evaluating the competencies of managers in enterprise. In the above - mentioned enterprise, there was defined a competency model, which served as a system of criteria for evaluation, and by the application of method, quality of managers was able to be expressed by the synthetic indicator.

    The objective of the paper is to analyse the usefulness of various qualitative and quantitative indicators of economic condition of companies for managerial decision-making purposes. The research target group were medium- and high level executives of small and medium enterprises with Polish and foreign capital, operating locally and internationally. The research methodology included: (i) Delphi questionnaire for quantitative data gathering; (ii) two-stage direct semi-structured interviews for initial reduction of number of indexes and to provide qualitative context for gathered data; (iii) ABC method (Pareto-Lorenz diagram) for presentation and interpretation of findings. In result a set of universal indicators has been determined, counting such indexes as: (i) flexibility, (ii) level of income; (iii) number of clients; (iv) survival ratio. Practical implication is a faster and more accurate choice of indexes enhancing the speed and efficiency of managerial decision-making. Further research should be directed towards the elaboration of a multicriteria decision-making model, which would allow to incorporate various types of indicators of company’s development, including the qualitative and quantitative ones. Research limitations come mainly from limited representativeness of chosen enterprises (they could be more specifically narrowed) and respondents. Presented research contributes to the increase of applicability of scientific tools for enhancement of managerial decision-making. Added value comes from addressing the need of managers for ease and rapidity of use of scientific decision-making methods.
