Management and Sharing of Distributed Simulation Resource Information among Military M&S Communities
The idea of constructing a webbased distributed simulation resource information management and sharing system using distributed database and standard meta data technologies on the research of current development in such field is given. First it defines simulation resource and its classification, the purpose and mission of simulation resource management and sharing system. Then it gives the design of the centralized and distributed system architecture as well as the management and searching functions the system will provide. The platform of the system is also discussed. At last, the standardization of meta data and information sharing among distributed environment problems are also addressed.

The paper is considered to the problems of development of analytical information resource management systems. The authors present a service-oriented architecture solution that provides data collection and aggregation at the points where information emerges. The user is provided by a set of functional complexes, allowing to build the applications covering the entire lifecycle of analytical information resource from the planning data collection to the stages of data processing.

Digital web archive collection framework based on intelligent management information system and optimization is designed in this paper. Digital file management can not only strengthen resource sharing and enhance the actual effect of the management, but also help avoid accidental damage to files and increase the retention rate of files. The proposed system is designed from the perspective of intelligent system and data analysis. The intelligent information system has a high knowledge innovation function, which can solve unstructured affairs and is in the dominant position in decision-making, and is a human guide. The data analysis model can help to obtain the efficient analytic results. The simulation compared with the state-of-the-art models have provided the evidence of the efficiency.

Data base management systems have been presented as the means for improving information accessibility and consolidating data processing. In a non-dedicated computer environment the resource allocation that such systems require must be considered. Based on more than four years experience with data base management systems, this paper analyzes the efficiencies and computer resource usage of a data base management system with random access in comparison with the efficiencies and computer resource usage of a data base management system based on sequential and random access.

The characteristics of the system of data acquisition and data integration in water resources information system are to be analyzed in this paper,and then the paper proceeds to compare and analyze the merits and deficiencies with the present technology to achieve data acquisition and data integration under distributive conditions.The paper further proposes a data integration plan based on the multi-agent technology,and makes an analysis of the plan's systematic structure and features.
