Abstract:
Navy exercise effects evaluation results will have a great influence on the decision making of leaders.In order to get navy combat effectiveness and training results,the exercise effects evaluation guiding mode is put forward based on the military systematic analysis method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP);the indicator system funding guiding mode is put forward based on the decomposition of an effectiveness framework;the index weights calculation method,the standardization process method and the combination method of index are also put forward.The real application shows that these methods have great military application values.Cite
Based on effectiveness analysis , a novel method is presented for combat aircraft top-hierarchy concept evaluation and decision-making. Applying multi-criterion decision-making ( MCDM ) and analytic hierarchy process , the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods.The proposed method includes the following process :( 1 ) Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness ;( 2 ) Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them ;( 3 ) Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies , i.e.grey correlation projection method , weighted summation method , weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method , while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes.Finally , an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

We deeply analyse AFWS's operational and technical index and bring forward a comprehensive combat effectiveness evaluation index model of Airborne Early Warning System(AEWS).We apply the fuzzy set method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to assess the comprehensive combat effectiveness of AEWS.In the end,we provide an example.The method of comprehensive evaluation in this paper is very important in developing,improving and perfecting various AEWS,and it can promote the full exertion of combat effectiviness of AEWS.

During the combat effectiveness evaluation, the evaluation values exist the precise number, interval number and the language fuzzy number at the same time. For this question, this paper introduces the interval number and grey decision making principle and bring forward a combat effectiveness evaluation model based on the interval number and grey decision making. Combined with the case to analyze, this paper verifies the reasonableness of the model. The results show that this model can truly reflect the comprehensive evaluation value of the weapon equipment combat effectiveness.

An index system is proposed,which is based on the quality standards of the modern combat aircraft program engineering,the requirements of the system design and the needs of the user.The rough set theory is applied to explore the index data of the third generation combat aircraft programs.The conception of information entropy is used to determine the significance of each index,and then,the significance of attributes is shift to weighting coefficients.The proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional determination to weighting coefficient.At last,the comprehensive evaluation decision model of the combat aircraft program engineering is set.The feasibility and validity of the model is verified with a case study.

An efficient evaluation index system and evaluation model is crucial for effectiveness evaluation of the air defense networked fire control system. This paper, based on pre-research for functions and characteristics of the system, put forth a comprehensive evaluation index system which includes four layers of index hierarchy. Aiming at the characters of some indexes, several evaluation methods are adopted for giving their corresponding evaluation results. Under the condition of networking, the key effect of information stream for exerting system effectiveness is highlighted in this paper. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to establish effectiveness evaluation model for the system. Moreover, to identify the validity of the proposed methods and model, a case study is discussed. The evaluation case shows that the model of effectiveness evaluation is feasible, and capable to carry out objective and reasonable effectiveness evaluation for the system.

The evaluation of submarine combat scheme is very important for commanders to make decisions.Also, the scientific evaluation has great impact on the effectiveness of the decision.Based on GAHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, the submarine combat scheme is evaluated.The conclusion of the evaluation is reliable, which can help the commander to make decision.Finally, the effectiveness of the method is illustrated by facts.

Nowadays, training has become an important means to enhance enterprise competitiveness. The training effectiveness evaluation (TEE) is both a crucial part of the training management and a powerful assurance of effective long-term training activities. It also plays pivotal roles in measuring the training investment, assessing the training standard, and improving the training quality. Therefore, it attracts increasing attention from enterprises. This paper applies analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCEM) to TEE with an actual example, constructs the criterion system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theories, then introduces the fuzzy optimisation concept to quantify fuzzy, correlative, attached factors, and thereby indicates this method can serve as a useful approach.

System effectiveness evaluation is an important means for system research,design and verification,and it measures the system ability in satisfying the special requirement under the given conditions.System effectiveness involves various aspects of the system,so the evaluation method varies with different phases and different systems.This paper proposes an evaluation method based on Grey Decision Theory for evaluating system effectiveness in the design and construction of tactical communication network,thus to implement a more comprehensive and objective evaluation of the system effectiveness.
