    Abstract:
    Navy exercise effects evaluation results will have a great influence on the decision making of leaders.In order to get navy combat effectiveness and training results,the exercise effects evaluation guiding mode is put forward based on the military systematic analysis method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP);the indicator system funding guiding mode is put forward based on the decomposition of an effectiveness framework;the index weights calculation method,the standardization process method and the combination method of index are also put forward.The real application shows that these methods have great military application values.
    To evaluate the military information system security effectiveness,which involves many factors,is a complex problem,in which the information about specification is incomplete and vague.In this paper,a grey evaluation system and a model based on the hierarchy structure for evaluating the security effectiveness of the military information system are proposed and the evaluation algorithm is introduced.In the end,the security effectiveness of the military information system is evaluated,which shows that the approach is simple and effective.

    Abstract For multi-criteria and multi-factors evaluating, the paper put forward a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model about equipment support quality management effectiveness evaluation (ESQMEE). An index system is presented. AHP method is applied to ascertain the index weight. At the end of the paper, a real example is given. The results of the example evaluation indicated the model is feasible and effective. It can give a support to improve the complex equipment management effectiveness.
    For evaluation to the training performance for missile forces,first,the paper establishes evaluation system of the simulation-based tactical training by the method of AHP,then affecting factor' weight is defined,and finally,the result is got by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach.According to the result,the method is effective and scientific.

    Overall models and evaluation methods are researched on combat effectiveness of conventional warhead.The index system of the effectiveness is presented systemicically,a group of models used to support the research on combat effectiveness of are given.These models have features of multiresolution,more operational factors are taken into account in the index system and evaluation models than before.Corresponding evaluation method in different hierarchy is given aiming at hierarchical structures of effectiveness evaluation and models.

    To solve the difficulty in the quantitative evaluation of communication support effectiveness, in this paper, an effectiveness evaluation model is proposed based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and combination weighting approach, and examples of verification are given. The study indicates that this model can be used to objectively and effectively evaluate the comprehensive support effectiveness of a communication system, and to guide the follow-up supports.

    To evaluate the EW equipment’ combat effectiveness, which is related to so many factors, is a complex question, in which the information about specification is incomplete and vague. The grey system theory is a powerful tool to settle the kind question. A grey evaluation system and model, based on the hierarchy structure for evaluating the combat effectiveness of EW equipment, are proposed and the evaluation algorithm is introduced. The evaluation approach is to establish an experts team whose task is to weigh and score each subsystem’ specification based on the tactical and technical specification of the EW equipment, and then to use the grey theory to deal with the data they determine, and consequently to gain the combat effectiveness. A simulation example is also given, which shows that the approach is brief and effective. This approach can be used to evaluate the combat effectiveness of EW equipment, as well as to compare like kind equipment, so that the EW equipment can be sorted based on the combat effectiveness.

    With the continuous strengthening of maritime rights protection actions of various countries, maritime ships will play an increasingly important role in maintaining sovereignty and international peacekeeping in the future. Studying integrity evaluation of shipborne combat systems is of great significance in reducing the waste of human and material resources and guaranteeing the combat capability of the ship. In this paper, a multi-level progressive integrity evaluation model is established and an evaluation scheme is designed, and then an evaluation index system is established based on the AHP's hierarchical thinking. Aiming at the problem of large artificial preference in traditional weighting methods of evaluation indicators, subjective and objective weights are calculated separately through a combined weighting method based on cosine similarity, and then the optimal fusion solution is found. Finally, the coupling relationship between the integrity measures of complex systems is fully considered, and an integrity evaluation algorithm based on channel correlation is proposed. The integrity relationship between systems is considered laterally by establishing a dependency matrix, and the rationality of the algorithm is illustrated by an example.

    In order to evaluate the exercise efficiency of command information system in complex electromagnetic environments,establish the command information system combat training effect evaluation index system base on the analysis of the factors what impact the system Effectiveness.Aiming at the problems of traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation model in practical application,which are much subjective as calculating weight of index and do not make full use of all information,the following methods were improved:using the principal component analysis to replace the Experts to to calculate the weight of index,using weighted average operator to replace classical big or small operator.Finally,the results show that the method can realize the quantitative analysis of efficiency evaluation, which prove a reference foundation to improve of the quality of training.
