Abstract:
According to the problem of long time waiting for registration,paying and inspection and short time for diagnosis and treatment in hospital which revealed in the traditional outpatient service process and based on the existing medical information system in a hospital,with the conception of integration,a self service medical system fitting for hospital has been designed and implemented.A series of self service functions such as starting card,registration,report fetching and payment have been designed which has achieved data seamless transformation between HIS,LIS,Unionpay,Medical insurance and Citizen card,so the patient' s medical information has integrated and has provided basic information for building electronic health document.Keywords:

In this paper,we built a self-health care system which set the registration,order-taking,bill payment and query into one process based on the integrated design.We also focused on the integration of the self-service application environment of the critical path.And the medical self-service application thought on the regional health information platform was proposed.

As the development of hospital information technology and regional cooperative medical service,a uniform,effective and synthesized regional medical information service platform has been constructed based on the integrated model and VPN technology,and with which the local net has reached the medical institutions directly in grass-roots army.With this information platform,the share data,health prevention and care,two-way referral,and long-distance health service can be realized for various clinic transaction systems,and the functions of treatment with card can be integrated.As a result,the problems of hard medical condition and low technical level in grass-roots army have been relieved effectively.

The online hospital is the platform for health inquiry and information services with extended functions including online registration,video diagnosis and treatment,drug distribution,online payment,which establishes the treatment process with quality service and wins social and economic benefits for hospital.The aim of this study is to explore the innovation mode of services and management for the online hospital which combines virtual and real devices to optimize the use of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services.

Objective To develop the medical complex information system which is used for the interconnection among different hospitals or different branches based on the existing hospital information system so that patients can receive medical treatments in the neighbourhood. Methods Based on SOA architecture, to design and implement the system by using Web Service technology. Results The funcitons including remote registration, remote billing, remote result acquisition have been implemented with the application of the system. Conclusion Patients can receive medical services of tertiary hospitals with the application of the system in the neighbourhood, which can effectively ease the problem of seeking treatment disorderly.

Objective To study the structure and the use of the information sharing platform for long-distance medical information network in integrating long -distance medical information network, HIS, PACS system and other resources, thereby enhancing the quality of long -distance medical consultation. Methods The study was conducted by integrating hospital internal data resources, structuring information platform and standardizing consultation process. Results The information sharing platform was achieved based on long-distance medical information network, thus achieving the greatest degree of information sharing and raising the level of long-distance medical consultation.

We implemented a hospital management information system with common interface, which includes Computer-Based Patient Record function. The doctors can use the system to exchange and share the medical information. After analysis of the data requirement between the hospital and the medical enterprise, the community medical platform was designed to satisfy the data communication and transmission. Combing the middleware the integration platform had the function of query and sharing.
