    Abstract:
    Running performances of air compressor and bad cooling water quality in LIUFENGGUAN mine results that cooling system's temperature is high and scaling easily. In view of above-mentioned status, the author expounded the requirements of cooling water quality of air compressor, scaling causes of cooling system, sorts and chemical properties of scale. The introduction centers on control principle and methods.

    At the moment, the most perspective development direction of the aviation industry is the creation of a more electric aircraft and in this case, there are no bleed systems that taking air from the engine, which is necessary to ensure the operation of the air conditioning system and ice protection system. This article discusses the possibility of using no bleed systems and calculating the required characteristics using mathematical modeling. Simulation results show the operation modes of a centrifugal compressor and using to compare two versions of the air-cooling units in case of rotational speed of compressor is limited. The simulation results presented in this article can be used in the design of compressors for advanced electric air conditioning systems.

    The hot gas from the compressor goes through the condensate heater in the AHU, heat comes out and then substitutes for the heat of electric heater. The flow of hot gas is controlled by a three way control valve. The max of cooling signal and dehumidifying signal which selected by a signal selector controls the rotating speed of the compressor. The system is running under energy saving mode and the output of compressor is minimum while both the obvious cooling capacity and the latent cooling capacity are satisfied.

    Engine cooling is a complex multi-stage process of which only the latter stages, that of heat exchange between water and air, are considered. Cooling system performance targets as air temperature to boil values are indicated. The relationship between engine heat rejection to the coolant, radiator matrix specific dissipation and air temperature to boil is established in a form suitable for simple calculations. Measurement of cooling system quantities and performances of individual components requires suitable test rigs and a full size vehicle wind tunnel. Data acquired from such measurements provides the basis for the application of an analytical approach to the design and development of cooling systems to achieve given cooling performance targets in the most economical manner. A computer programme, capable of embracing the wide range of cooling system parameters, is seen as the most effective way of fully examining both new and alternative designs.

    In order to better improve the direct air-cooling system economical operation,based on direct air cooling unit as the object of study,proposed direct air cooling condenser of optimum pressure mathematical model,from theoretic exploration on the operating conditions of the optimal pressure and relevant factors on optimal back-pressure effect of the basic law,as the air cooling unit economic operation to provide guidance.

    This paper provides a new cooling method for the water misting cooling. Differing from traditional air-cooled water chillers, this study aims to achieve power savings and improved efficiency by improving the cooling method and power consumption index of traditional air-cooled water chillers. In order to prevent scaling issues from occurring during the atomization of oscillator operation, a filter is provided at the water inlet to reduce scale generation. Furthermore, the system uses a high-performance pollution-free HC refrigerant, combined with an atomizer at the high-pressure side (condenser), driving the mist to flow evenly along the condenser by the unit fan and condenser fan, for lowering the temperature. Since this equipment reaches the cooling demand shortly, the compressor tends to start/stop frequently; this is disadvantageous to the compressor, therefore variable-frequency will be considered to address the frequent start/stop issue so as to perfect the combination.

    Abstract System designs and operation strategies for a motor-driven, variable-speed compression system (described in the companion paper) have been developed. Systems which can cover the required range of operating conditions (i.e. various cooling loads) have been designed. They require a compromise between high efficiency at high cooling loads and compressor surge prevention at low cooling loads. Therefore, compressor operation strategies consist of a variable speed strategy for stable operating points (to match the cooling load at any instant) and a compressor stabilization strategy (to prevent compressor surge instability at low cooling load operations) for unstable operating points. The system design and the operation strategy study results indicate that the novel compression device can improve the overall system efficiency by matching the compressor characteristics with the rest of the air conditioning system.
