The position establishment in universities and colleges is of great importance to the scientific development of universities and colleges.The management of position establishment in universities and collages in China has gone through four courses like growing out of nothing and developing step by step and so on.But now there are still a lot of problems such as policy supporting is not in position,administration authorities in some universities and colleges pay insufficient attentions to it and so on.In order to improve the management of position establishment,universities and colleges should follow the principles of setting the positions scientifically and making overall arrangements,take positive strategies such as improve the supporting system and so on.Keywords:

The key task in developing China high education is to strengthen the development of personal resources in colleges and universities.
