Abstract:
Originality of our university has played a more and more important role in encouraging and cultivating the originality spirits of the students, and encouraging them to study hard and become useful talents. While it brings about many opportunities for us, it results in the think of some educators. The application of quality education is a complex and systematic project, which is so important that every educator should take it into account. An unexpected good result will be obtained by applying physics history in teaching students scientific ways in thoughts, methods and practice. This paper is devoted to the discussion of how to develop and train students' practical scientific attitude, scientific methods, devotion spirits of pursuing scientific truth, and their ability of creativity and aesthetic judgment.

The inspiration thought is the creative thinking, which is concerned greatly with the scientific invention, the human progress. By discussing on the mechanism of inspiration thought, as well as on talent strategy, had expounded the necessity and the possibility of inspiration thought in the cultivation of creative talents. Elaborated meditation is the most systematic way of nurturing the inspiration thought, the schools, the parents, and the students must realize the benefits of meditation in order to make this approach to the promotion and popularization. Expounded the function of some outstanding educational methods in traditional education to raise the ability of inspiration thought, as well as the programmatic role of traditional moral education. It further analyzed, from the perspective of training inspiration thought, the needs to create opportunities to experience real life for the students and to be intimate with the nature, as well as the needs to keep enough free space to the students. Then, the present program of instruction must be revised, the theoretical teaching content reduced; it's necessary to address through legislation for reducing the students' burden. Finally, had pointed out the methods of assessing the power of inspiration thought in which to select the creative talents, and this will help improve the general quality of the students.

It is the sacred mission of contemporary educational circles to develop the ability in the IT personnel and bring up the future builders , who possess the enterprising spirit, who have the ability to put their ideas into practice . In order to complete the mission, teachers are required to change their traditional views on education, especially those on examination - oriented education. Students should be set free from their passive ways of gaining knowledge. They should not be the slavers of knowledge but the masters of learning actively and controlling the study in their own way. On the basis of our understanding of the teaching method based on IT subject, new ideas must be adopted. The students should decide for themselves , acquire a favorable environment, and bring forth new ideas . Here we give a brief talk on our attempt to develop the student' s ability to put things into practice.
Education of enterprising spirit needs a teaching and studying environment as well as a cultural environment. It needs a new method or a new system,in which the students can produce new ideas and put them into practice. It also needs enough practice through which the enterprising spirit can be developed.

To promote the original research of education, we have to unceasingly come back to the education itself, to the basic education issues and to the expounding of the original works of education theories. Among them we can seek transcendent creative wisdom of the original works of education theories. Among them we can seek transcendent creative wisdom of theory. Nowadays, it's seriously imperative that we should face to modern China, clear the situation in which our problems are. Setting up a wide international vision, we must take root in Chinese academic soil and nourish deep feelings for our own country. Also we must keep a good connection and make a dialogue between theory and practice of education. We should be free from utilitarianism, establish comfortable academic circumstances of education research. While the pluralism of educational research is proposed, the dependable original study of educational theory should be highly encouraged as well.

1. Introduction Creativity is man's best need in all life's dimensions and a jump in his/her thinking. Creativity includes combination of known ideas. The strength of human being's brain enables him/her to enjoy talent for creativity and it is because of same talent that scope of knowledge in increasing everyday more than yesterday. Creativity is one of better specifications of human beings. In current era, one of most important goals of progressive education of world is educating creative and innovative learners (Saif, 2001). Balzac (2006) has studied neurology of creativity and has reached conclusion that creative innovations need simultaneous activity and connection of some parts in brain that are not ordinarily in a strong contact with one another. Gardner (1982) believes that creativity starts from young ages and in his view, pre-school children have a lot of creative capabilities, but when they start school, they begin learning how read and write and in order to have coordination with others, they learn how to follow and obey. That is why their creativity decreases. Therefore, we have to think of ways that will not decrease creativity in children.According to belief of most researchers, traditional methods of education not only do not help with growth of creativity, but in fact it is considered to be an obstacle (Berg, 2000). Therefore, one of main tasks of teachers is to create, as much as possible, a definite and appropriate atmosphere in classroom and take advantage of active and discovering teaching methods in classroom and help students to utilize their creative power.In Torance's (2002) idea, creativity is considered to be a process that is evolved collectively. He believes that all people are creative and it does not necessarily belong to just smart people. Creativity can be increased and/or created in different ways. Torance looks at creativity as an evolution and considers factors such as modelling, motivation, methods of production of education in formation of creativity to be effective.Creativity means creating ideas that are new and valuable even for creator of those ideas. In Renzveli's opinion (2002), creativity is a combination of innovation, flexibility and sensitivity from different points of views as such that individual can think about different and generating results, apart from results of unreasonable thoughts leading to things such as personal and others' satisfaction.Some of psychologists emphasize on outcome of creator's action. As a result, outcome of creativity is important which has to have characteristic such as innovation, value and solidarity. Another group of psychologists put an emphasis on creativity. The individuals consider it as a process of characteristics such as fluidity, flexibility and newness and believe that creative process has several stages. For example, Wallace has mentioned four stages of preparation, latency, intuition, and stability for creativity.- preparation: In this stage, all sides of problem will be taken into consideration and mentioned problem will be identified and truths related to it will be collected.- Latency: In this stage, there is some mental processes that connect new information with past ones. Some types of new organization of information take place without individual's direct awareness.- Intuition: in this stage, a pleasant idea appears which is called the aha phenomenon. At this stage, creative person will suddenly learn ideas of solutions to problem.- Stability: In this stage, idea that took place in previous stage will be evaluated to reveal its credibility or lack of it (Mirzaeeyan, 2004).Today, experts consider creativity as a fundamental knowledge for any change and innovation. Influenced by western Philosophy, scientific education (mainly education of natural science) is facing new challenges at the new time. At the level of the education of scientific knowledge,the post-modern knowledge concept, especially the sociology of scientific knowledge suspect,even have abolished the truth that scientific knowledge possesses. Therefore,persisting in the views on materialism, dealing with the relationship between reaction and construction during the production of scientific knowledge correctly, and identifying the mechanism by which the scientific knowledge is endowed with the truth, are the basic premise to the current education of scientific knowledge which should be clarified. At the level of the teaching methods,as the individual student's cognition has limitations, the popular saying transform from passive acceptance to active exploration, which presents the humanism, should not be taken as the scientific methodology to which scientific education advocated. We should apply various teaching methods comprehensively to cultivate students' awareness of scientific methods and the ability of practice,such as teachers' meaningful teaching and students' initiative exploration. In the education process of the scientific knowledge and methods,students' scientific and rational spirit should be fostered,at the same time, we should be vigilant the tendency that scientific spirit is separated from or against the spirit of humanism.
