    Abstract:
    SPI interface is a synchronously serial communication interface.Peripheral chips which have SPI interface are very abundant.But the SCM with SPI interface is fewer.This paper introduces a realization of SPI interface simulated by SCM.For SCM without SPI interface,it has become reality to extend SPI interface(peripheral) chips.

    The SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) is a synchronous serial expanded interface introduced by Motorola company. The SPI communication interface system using single-chip microcontroller PIC16F877 and some peripheral chips has many advantages, such as:simpler circuits, convenient implementation of software,and higher data transfer ratio(1.05 MB/s), etc. In this paper, the hardware and programming for controlling intellingent display screen using SPI communication interface are introduced.

    In order to better achieve the PC and peripherals direct communication,this paper presents a multi-purpose digital interface design based on universal serial bus.This digital interface can be directly read and write data from peripheral devices on PC application layer,also be used as general-purpose digital I/O.Based on the MCU program,can support SPI,I2C,1-Wire and custom data communication protocol.

    This paper presented the application of SPI to the interface between the high-speed serial A/D converter(TLC2543) and the ARM microprocessor(S3C2440),aiming at developing a platform based on S3C2440 and embedded system Linux.It described the connection of the TLC2543 and the S3C2440 as well as its driver and the realization of dynamic module loading.The connection method is also applicable to other serial A/D converter and microprocessor that have SPI functions.The serial communication between TLC2543 and S3C2440 by SPI also provides a solution for the high-speed data acquisition of embedded devices.

    The UART-SPI interface provides usage for the universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter (UART) to serial peripheral interface (SPI). This interface can be used to communicate to SPI slave devices from a PC with UART port. The interface consists of three blocks: the UART interface, the UART to SPI Bridge interfacing block and the SPI Master interface The UART to SPI bridge allows these devices to communicate with SPI slave devices such as ADC, RTC, CODEC, LCD, and EEPROM through their standard UART.
