Based on the analysis of the hydraulic thrust system of down-the-hole drill,a mathematic model was built by applying power bond graph and a simulation model was established by using SIMULINK.The dynamic response results of the system are accurate for some non-linear facts were considered.Keywords:

This paper takes the power-train of domestic a light-duty bus and its hydraulic damped mounting system as the study object. Firstly, based on the analysis of hydraulic mount's structure, working Principle and ideal dynamic characteristics, its dynamic characteristics test results of hydraulic suspension are obtained. And then using MATLAB software calculates simulation of the dynamics characteristic of the hydraulic mount system. Comparing simulation results with the testing results, they are consistent well. So the simulation model is accurate, and it provides a simplified model theory for actual study, and this simplified model is more easily available.

The article focused on a dual-clutch automatic transmission of its hydraulic system. We can calculate the structure size of each body through theory and practical algorithm. The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system of dual- clutch automatic transmission was established. Then the dynamic characteristics of the system were simulated. And to analysis the simulation results and test results to see the simulation model can be used with the test results. The paper describes the study background of forepoling rig and the principle of drill power pack' s hydraulic system. After analyzing the function of all the system' s components, it establishes the system' s dynamic mathematical model by using power bond graph and state-space method, and simuation studies are made on the drill power pack' s dynamic characteristics, which lay the foundation of system design.

This paper used the power bond graph method to establish hydraulic system dynamic model for Jet deflector, and derived the equation of state. Simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system is achieved in Matlab/Simulink environment. The delivery pressure of hydraulic pump, the hydraulic cylinder without rod gun pressure, the piston rod speed and other parameters on the dynamic response of the system were analyzed. The simulation results show that the power bond graph method has characteristics of convenient, intuitive and accurate to model and simulate the hydraulic system.

Based on the detailed analysis on impact system,the power bond graph of the system was got,and the mathematical model was derived.By using of Matlab,the model was programmed.After inputting the parameter and running the program,the dynamic graph curve of impact velocity and oil pressure were got,and the temperature of oil was calculated and some rational parameters can be found.The finding will provide necessary theory dependence for the hydraulic impact system,which is in the designing.

The article introduces one kind hydraulic fluctuation excitation installment which produces the exciting force through the shock exciter compulsion port. Basing on the synopsis system's composition and work principle, the hydraulic fluctuation excitation installment simulation experiment system is established in the laboratory, simultaneously the power bond graph and the control theory is applied to establish this experiment system's mathematical model, and it has been carried on the simulation analysis using the Matlab/Simulink simulation software to the system. The result of simulation indicates: The hydraulic fluctuation excitation equipment which based on the shock exciter compulsion port composition has fully used the hydraulic shock-wave of the compulsion port and shock exciter valve port instantaneous opening and shutting, therefore this system's efficiency has the more distinct enhancement than the general hydraulic fluctuation excitation system.
