Abstract:
Objective:To establish the method for determination of bornyl acetate in Kaiweixiaoshi oral liquor by gas chromatography.Methods:Naphthalene has been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method. The GC system consisted of stainless steel column, PEG 20M as the stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector.Results:Both bornyl acetate in the preparation and naphthalenet in internal standard have got satisfactory separation under the chromatographic condition. The mean recovery of bornyl acetate was 95.29%, and RSD was 0.61%.Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.Keywords:

Acetal content and aldehyde content in Soybean-flavor liquor was determined by gas chromatography as follows:GC17A gas chromatograph and n-Amyl acetata was used as internal standard.The determination results indicated that the relative standard deviation of acetal was less than 2 %(n=6) ,the linear range was between 0~400 mg/L,and r=0.99975.Such determination method was simple to operate with accurate determination results and good reproducibility.The use of such method to determine acetal content in soybean-flavor liquor was helpful for guiding the production and liquor blending.

OBJECTIVE To establish method for determination of camphor,borneol and menthol in Touguling adhesive plasters by capillary GC.METHODS Naphthalene was employed as the intrenal standard,and added to the sample before treatment.The sample solution was prepared by distillation with essential oil collector.The GC system,with HP-5 capillary column as the stationary phase,nitrogen as the carrier gas,temperature programmed method was used,and FID was used as the detector.RESULTS Camphor,synthetic borneol(borneol and isoborneol),menthol,and methyl salicylate in 6 lots of samples and naphthalene were separated well under the chromatographic condition.In the methodological study on Touguling adhesive plasters,the average recovery of camphor,menthol,synthetic borneol were 98.2%(RSD=0.42%),102.4%(RSD=1.08%) and 101.0%(RSD=2.34%),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of the four kinds of preparations.

Objective: To establish the assay of chrysanthenyl acetate in Bisaitong spray by GC. Method: The external standard GC method was applied. The GC system consisted of glass column with 2% 0V-17 as the stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, column temperature 70℃,8℃·min-1 , 130℃, and FID as the detector. Results:Chrysanthenyl acetate peak in the chromatogram of the preparation has got satisfying resolution under the chromatographic condition. The methodology study has been carried out,the mean recovery was 97.70% (n=5). The contents of chrysanthenyl acetate in three lots of the preparation were 1.79,1.38,1.90 mg·mL-1 respectively. The contents of chrysanthenyl acetate in the essential oils of Centipeda minima (L.) A. Br. et Aschers(the active material of the preparation) were also determined with satisfying results. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determing methyl salicylate in Yelv oil by GC.METHODS The GC system is consisted of HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),programmed temperature and FID detector.RESULTS The linear range of camphor was within 4.822~38.58μg(r=0.9996,n=6).The average recovery was 98.85%,RSD=1.24%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Yelv oil.

Objective:To determine the ethanol organic solvents in submicro-emulsion of the extracts from Scutellaria.Method:A simple gas chromatography(GC) method was developed with SUPELCOWAX10 polyethylene glycol capillary column with FID detector and methyl alcohol as the internal standard.The carrier gas was nitrogen.The initial column temperature was 80 ℃,then raised(8 ℃·min-1)to 120 ℃.Result:The linearity was good in the range of 0.101-1.005 g·L-1(R2=0.998 8).The average recovery was 100.42%(RSD 2.27%).The limit of detection was 3.03 mg·L-1.Conclusion:This GC method is proved to be accurate,sensitive and reliable,it can be used to determine the ethanol organic solvents in submicro-emulsion of the extracts from Scutellaria.

The higher alcohols and esters in Luzhou flavor liquor were analyzed by Headspace-Solid Phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC/MS).The parameters of SPME were studied.Under the optimized parameters:the extraction temperature of 40℃,the extraction time of 30 min and sodium chloride of 0 g.74 compounds were separated and identified,which was better than the results reported in other papers.These compounds included 13 alcohols,42 esters.And their quantitative analysis was conducted by area normalization method.The results showed that the operating process of this method was easy and this method was expected to apply in the analysis of aroma components in liquor and the identification of fake liquor.

The determination of methanol and fusel oil(isobutene, isoamyl alcohol) using the ethyl propionate as the internal standard were detailedly studied. In order to improve the precision and accuracy, and save the time and cost. With the use of GDX-102 stainless steel column,hydrogen flame ionization detector, retention time and the internal standard of ethyl propionate. This experimental also determinated the content of ethyl acetate, 1-propane and 1-alcohol in liquor. The results were obtained: the method had high accuracy, 7 recovery rate of the components in the 90.1% ~ 108.8%; the reproducibility of the method precision is the relative standard deviations were 0% ~ 5.37%, which was accord with the requirement of national standard.

Ethyl acetate is one of fragrance constituents in sauce.Although its content is a little,it has a great influence on fragrance in sauce.In this paper,a method was developed for the determination of ethyl acetate in many sauce samples by headspace gas chromatography.It is no pollution on the chromatographic column and the detector,and the complex distillation steps were avoided with this method.The results showed that the content of ethyl acetate in sauce samples was between 2.32 μg/mL and 36.3 μg/mL.The recovery was from 91.93% to 97.25%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.2%.The method is satisfied to the determination of micro constituents in sauce.

A gas chromatography(GC)method for the determination of lactic acid in fermentation broth was established.Acetonitrile solution with the concentration of 1.0% was employed as the internal standard after extensive screening procedure.The chromatographic column selected was a stainless steel column with the dimension of 2m×3mm(i.d.),and was filled with GDX-103.FID detector was used.This newly developed method was proved to be a rapid,simple and effective way to determinate the lactic acid content in the fermentation broth.The results would not be affected by other components in the broth.The relative standard deviation was less than 1.0%(n=7)and the recovery was over 99%.

Benzyl bromide was used in the esterification of lactic acid in liquor and then the lactic acid was determined by HP-FFAP19091F-413 capillary column with 2-ethyl butyrate as internal standard. And the experimental results suggested that the relative standard deviation of this method to determine lactic acid was less than 0.5 %(n=7), the recovery rate was above 95 %, and the linear range was 0~950 mg/L, r=0.99975.
