Abstract:
With the development of society and science and technology,has a history of thousands of years of traditional craftsmanship is faced with new problems of inheritance and development. The article expounds the difference evolution Chinese national traditional handicraft and different periods of the national traditional handicrafts,and understanding from the inheritance,inheritance and inheritance factor perspective analyzes the factors restricting the national traditional handicraft art.On this basis,we put forward to clear art oriented,i.e. industry positioning,multi angle consideration to scientific and technological innovation,cultural inheritance and innovation to promote cultural heritage; clarify the way of art,which is oriented by market demand, production of inheritance as the main body, establishing the core status of individual inheritance; construction art service platform, namely building personnel training platform, financing platform, the policy support system.Keywords:

Traditional sports culture is the most important resource for enhancing national cultural soft power.On the other hand,the latter restricts the functional development of the former.Presently,the functional development of traditional sports culture has faced some problems.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of analysis: to follow the principle of originality,integrity and creativity;to have focus on an overall planning;to create a traditional atmosphere in modern environment;to construct value assessment system;to improve the security system.

The rapid development of the global cultural and creative industry has provided a new stage for the development and innovation of Chinese traditional culture. Cultural creativity has broken the rigid design and production mode of traditional products from the perspective of market and has become the key to improve the economic benefits and competitiveness of traditional products. From the perspective of cultural and creative product design and product development, artificial intelligence technology has been fully utilized at the present stage. The purpose of this article is to compare the traditional design patterns used in product design and understand the new design patterns assisted by artificial intelligence so as to achieve the purpose of process simplification and design innovation more quickly. In this article, traditional graphic patterns and local cultural connotations of the experimental area are taken as the main research points. Through a large number of field investigations and first-hand photo materials, the regional cultural characteristics and local traditional graphic language are analyzed in detail and then summarized. Finally, the examples of development research are summarized and reflected. It is hoped that through the further excavation of the traditional patterns of the region and the exploration of the level of regional culture regeneration, the development of local economy, culture, and tourism can be driven, and a cultural brand that can go out of Anhui province and into the whole country can be built. At the present stage of product research and development, the key is to introduce artificial intelligence means as necessary support and try to infiltrate artificial intelligence measures in the research and development of new products in each link.

The purpose of the article. The article is devoted to clarifying the features of organizing events for the popularization of culture and art in Ukraine. Methodology. The research methodology is based on the application of a number of general scientific and special research methods, including analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction, system analysis, classification, comparative method. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work is to improve existing and develop new measures to address the main problems of cultural decline in Ukraine. Conclusions. A list of the main problems hindering the development of the cultural sphere of Ukraine has been formed. To overcome the existing problems and minimize the risks of decline of Ukrainian culture and art, we propose to take the following measures: to promote the development of event management in various spheres of state development, in particular in the field of culture and art; to develop a portfolio of event events to promote culture and art both domestically and internationally; to form expert bases and to develop standards of mechanisms of expert monitoring; to develop and implement mechanisms for attracting the private sector as a tool for the development of investment activities in the field of culture and art; create a platform for interaction of cultural and artistic entities with investors and sponsors to strengthen their mutual cooperation; to promote the decentralization policy of the cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors; support artistic, analytical and information development programs in the cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors, in particular among beginners; stimulate the development of formal and non-formal learning for actors in the cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors; create programs to support the external integration of young and professional actors in the cultural, creative and audiovisual sectors; to promote the development of narrow-minded mass media and popularization of culture and art of Ukraine, both in print and online; to create a competitive innovative cultural product and promote it in domestic and foreign markets; to stimulate the development of innovative areas of cultural self-expression, to create a modern competitive product of international level; to promote the preservation, development and promotion of national cultural heritage and to form a positive image of Ukraine in the international arena.

Based on the the cultural ecology perspective,the article explore the ideas and methods about the heritage and protection of traditional craftsmanship. By the analysis of the culture ecosystem,such as personal inheritance,enterprise inheritance,inheritance in school,the paper establish an concept model of minority traditional handicrafts ecosystem. Then, we construct research service system,inheritance and promotion service system,market service system of minority traditional handicraft, propose the operation mechanism, cultural ecological protection system, namely the government working mechanism,representative inheritance people identify and incentive mechanism,promoting the industrialization of mechanism, legal protection mechanism.

To discuss the inheritance and innovation study of Chinese medicine processing technology from three aspects： inheritance, standardization and industrial innovation development, propose "three lacks" in inheritance, "six lacks of standardization, and one lack of unity" in standardization, and "three emphasizing and three despising aspects" in industrial innovation, and propose feasible solutions for the above mentioned problems, providing a good foundation for inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine processing.

As the base of spreading knowledge and creation,the university has responsibility to bring social issues,which are related with local cultural's development-heritage preservation,rescuing,researching and promoting,into its own subject innovation and curriculum building.Also,the university should play an active role in the field ofcultual heritage,such as personnel training,intelligence participation,information communication and creation.Through analysising the craft of traditional hand-making paper in Beizhang Village,Chang'an,Shannxi province,the author is trying to discusse the current condition of Chinese traditional hand-making paper industry,which Chinese people was proud of.Furtherly,the possibility of brinting the craft into curriculum system of university is explored.

At the end of the 20th century when the new millennium approaches, the economic development: of the textile and clothing industry in Taiwan, the Republic of China, has encountered the strong pressure of techniques upgrade and improvement on the traditional industries. The textile and clothing companies within have struggled to survive from the tough circumstances, such as the impact from the newly economic growths of other developing countries and the trend of the inevitable free global market in the whole earth village. The survival of the industry development has then result from the high-tech, high-efficient and high-quality textile creative designs emerging from the environmental realization, the research and understanding on the cultural tradition, as well as the digital information automation. The study of the innovative textile designs includes analysis of the traditional drawing skills combined with the realization of the creative CAM-oriented graphic. The other key point is the study on the design method, that is the overall presentation of the design strategies, design motives, and design method research as well as the application of the basic design theory and management concepts to the traditional culture essence.

Deepening the reform of cultural system and promoting the development of cultural construction are the major task that China faces at present.The new demands created by the rapid economic development for cultural construction,the new expectation of people whose life has greatly improved for cultural work and the fierce competition for the comprehensive national power call for the innovation and development of our cultural construction.The further advance of cultural construction depends on system reform and system innovation in order to lay foundation for cultural development.In the meantime,the government responsibility for culture should be strengthened to focus mainly on the problem of dual structure in the cultural field and balance various interests.
