    Abstract:
    The reverse machining process is a new principle of machining process in the recent years. It makes machine configuration and structure more simple,the chips and coolant take out more easy and machining accuracy higher.This paper introduces three typical reverse machining systems,the vertical turning machines;the vertical and horizontal machine center;and flexible machining system and typical application technology.

    In micro-parts machining, the clamping workpieces and the reorientation is high difficulty. Complete machining is an ideal method for improving the machining precision and efficiency. Theoretical analysis on complete machining process and cutting experiments on the high-speed turn-milling machining centre show that, the turn-milling machining technology can realize complete machining and there are special advantages in machining complex micro-parts based on rotationally symmetrical body.

    In order to improve the machining efficiency of the duralumin turbine rotor of maglev molecular pump, this paper proposes a new double-spindle horizontal milling machining center structure. Through a brief introduction to other types of machine tools, describes the characteristics of this new machine tool and symmetrical machining implementation. This paper proposes a new double-spindle horizontal milling machining centers so that the machining efficiency of duralumin turbine rotors is improve 100% more than that of the traditional machine tool in theory. Moreover, its machining accuracy get relative improve as the decrease of the dividing accumulative error. At the same time, the cost of workpiece is reduced greatly.

    From the view of optimizing the technology process of high speed machining, the paper gives out the NC programming methods for high speed die mold machining in detail, including the basic principle and method for creating the high speed machining tool path, the cutting output selection for high speed machining, the key controlling techniques for high speed and high accuracy machining as well as the high speed machining methods for standard surfaces and difficult_machining surfaces. The points should be paid more attention while working out the high speed machining programming methods according to the practice machining process have been proposed.

    In order to verify safety,efficiency and high quality of high-speed cutting machining,I'd like to analyze the whole manufacturing process;from drawing up the steps of mould machining;taking rough machining,semi-finish machining and finish machining into account,and designing a reasonable machining scheme through emulation mode to meet the demand of high-speed cutting machining.Compared the available experimental data from machining practice with the traditional technique(wire cut electrical discharge machining),the efficiency and managing of the high-speed cutting machining have been demonstrated by this article.These data can be put into use for enterprises to make the processing technology as perfect as possible.

    The modern day efficient machining requires a new approach to designing machining technology, which enables the complete engagement of all technological machining parameters, like cutting speed and cutting feed depending on the work piece material, characteristics of the machine and tools and volume of the material removed from the machined zone. Controlling physical quantities, which appear in the process of cutting, enables us to achieve faster machining processes when compared to current high speed machining technologies (HSM) and at the same it increases productivity. This approach to machining requires the CAM software intelligence to make decisions in real time and optimize tool path, in order to keeping the constant cutting tool force during whole machining process. This type of approach was used while designing machining for “heat exchanger” with the help of I-machining technology within Solid CAM software for programming of CNC machines. Where by reduced the machining time for 36% in accordance to conventional machining and made a total savings of 45.33%.
