    Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide level in diagnosis of heart failure and its significance in assessing cardiac function. Methods One hundred and thirteen patients with heart failure as heart failure group, and 100 healthy persons as control group were selected to determine the plasma BNP level by the rapid fluorescent dry quantitative analyzer and immunofluorescence method. Then the heart failure patients was graded according to the New York Heart Association classification scheme for classification of cardiac function. Results The plasma BNP concentration in HF group was higher than that of the control group( P 0.05).The plasma BNP concentration increased in patients with HF heart function grade, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Plasma BNP is an objective index to reflect the cardiac function, having an important significance in diagnosis and cardiac function evaluation of heart failure.

Objective To investigate the significance of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels in the diagnosis of heart failure. Methods Select 70 cases with heat failure in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 and 20 cases for health check in the same period as study object.Determine the level of serum BNP of the two groups by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Evaluate the relation between BNP level and heart function. Results BNP levels in heart failure group were significantly higher,p0.05.BNP level in acute heart failure is significantly higher than chronic heart failure,p0.05.And in higher NYHA functional class,BNP level is higher, the differences between the subgroups were significantly,p0.05,acute cardiovascular events in patients with heart failure higher peak levels,p0.05.Conclusion BNP levels can be a better response to left ventricular functional status, thus in heart failure diagnosis and prognosis it has important clinical significance.

Objective To study the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) for heart failure. Methods 200 cases of heart failure patients within a year were selected as the observation group,200 healthy medical staffs were randomly assigned as the control group. The concentration of plasma BNP of the two groups were measured and we analyzed the correlation between plasma BNP level and cardiac functional status of patients. Results The concentration of plasma BNP in patients with heart failure was (575.7 ± 176.5) pg/ml,significantly higher than the control group (68.2 ± 17.9) pg/ml,the two groups were statistically significantly different (P < 0.05).The concentration of plasma BNP increased gradually with more severe symptoms (class Ⅰ to Ⅳ).Conclusion BNP level may be a reliable method in the diagnosis of heart failure. The level of plasma BNP in patients with heart failure elevated with the severity of heart failure and it plays a significant role in the clinical diagnosis of heart failure. Objective To observe and study the correlative of B-type Natriuretic Peptide and the aged patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 127 aged patients with chronic heart failure were collected from Zhongshan hospital, the BNP levels was analyzed by enzymelinked immunosorbent assays(ELISA).And the analytical method of BNP in every cardiac function class was statistics analysis. Results There was a significant difference on the age of every cardiac function class(P0.05);The age was significantly increased with the severity of cardiac function classification. There was a significant difference on the BNP level in every group. The age was higher and the BNP level was higher, with the severity of cardiac function classification(P0.01).Conclusion BNP level was positive with cardiac function classification. It can reflect the station of cardiac function, and have positive significance of diagnosis and classification on the patients with chronic heart failure.

Objective: To appraise diagnostic value of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)in gerontal patients with heart failure. Methods: Using ELISA method to determine the BNP levels of the heart failure group and the control group by common of 38 cases, then to made comparison with both groups. Results: The serum BNP levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than the control group (P 0.01),and the serum BNP levels demonstrate the positive correlation with the graveness degree of the heart failure. Conclusion: The value of BNP is a good indicatrix to diagnose the heart failure in gerontal patients,it can reflect the graveness degree of the heart failure, and will possess extensive clinical application.

Objective: To evaluate the value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) concentrational changes of the patients with chronic heart failure.Method: 68 patients with chronic heart failure by NYHA cardiac function taked immune fluorescent determine or echocardiogram respectively.deteced BNP concentration in admition, two weeks later by treated respectively and LVdD LVEF.Result: BNP in plasma was positive relation in associated with the serious cardiac dysfunction.BNP declined with cardiac function improvement.BNP was positive relation with LVdD and negative relation with LVEF.Conclusion: BNP concentration in plasma judged serious cardiac dysfunction, left ventricle replastic extend and helped the clinical treatment.

Objective To investigate plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in heart failure patients,as well as the changes of the value of assessment of cardiac function. Methods Measured by Immune-fluorescence assay using 110 cases of patients with congestive heart failure(HF group) and 20 cases of healthy persons(control group) of plasma BNP concentration;use echocardiography measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results BNP in heart failure group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),and the BNP level increased with the higher the group in NYHA classification of heart failure;BNP levels have a statistically significant difference(P0.01) in 4 different groups of cardiac function;Comparison with the pre-treatment,each group's concentration of BNP significantly reduced after one week treatment(P0.01);BNP level and LVEF was negatively correlated, and higher plasma BNP levels increase in mortality. Conclusion Monitoring BNP level can be used as the guidance indicators of diagnosis of heart failure, cardiac function assessment as well as the efficacy and prognosis.

To evaluate the clinical significance of determination of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),the plasma BNP levels in 172 patients were detected by chemiluminoimmunoassay. The patients were divided into heart failure group(57 patients),difficulty in breathing group(89 patients) and after myocardial infarction group(26 patients). The results showed that the positive rate of BNP in heart failure group, difficulty in breathing group and after myocardial infarction group were 94.7%,41.6% and 42.3% respectively. The plasma BNP levels could be regarded as an important supplement in the assessment of cardiac function, the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure.

Objective To explore the correlation of brain natriuretic peptide level with cardiac function in order to elucidate the importance of measurement of BNP in heart failure(HF). Methods Fifty-six patients with heart failure and 52 patients controls without HF were enrolled in the study and samples of BNP,blood glucose and lipid were obtained on admission day.The plasma levels of BNP were examined by ELISA.The correlation of plasma levels of BNP with cardiac function were analyzed by SPSS for windows V10.0,statistical package. Results The plasma levels of BNP were gradually elevated with the severity of HF.The change of BNP level was negatively correlated with LVEF(P0.01).Conclusion Plasma BNP levels increase in patients with CHF,and markedly increased according to the severity of heart failure classified by NYHA classification.
