    Abstract:
    In order to roundly and scientifically evaluate overall benefit in coal enterprises, an evaluation index system of overall benefit in coal enterprises was established based on the definite selection principle of evaluation indexes and the characteristics of coal enterprises, and the evaluation of overall benefit in coal enterprises was studied by means of the entropy coefficient method. The analysis of applied results of an coal enterprise shows that the evaluation index system of overall benefit in coal enterprises is reasonable and the model of multifactor comprehensive evaluation based on entropy is suitable to evaluate overall benefit in coal enterprises.
    This paper focuses on the problem about evaluating the effects of improving development of the human resources in coal enterprises. It obtains a preliminary study result. After designing the relevant index system, index calculation is done,and then a case study is given.

    The coal industry is taking a leading position in China energy industry.But the technology of coal production and coal utilization in China is quite behind the times.The labor production rate and the input / output benefit are lower.The technology progressing rate is quite slow.Therefore the assessment on the technical innovation capacity of the coal enterprises in China could provide the advantage points and disadvantages points,which could have the important strategic and practical means to promote the technical innovation capacity development for the coal enterprises in China.The paper established a innovation capacity assessment system of the coal enterprises base on the coal enterprises' features and related information.Then with the step analysis method,the paper arranged in order and calculated weighting for the each index of the index system and finally the paper had a comprehensive assessment for the technical innovation capacity of a coal enterprise in combined with the actual conditions.

    Through the analysis on the targets of economic benefit of comprehensive evaluation ,the method based on the theory of unascertained measure is established,which can be used to analyze and assess the economic benefit of coal enterprises more directly and reasonably.

    Economic benefit is a dimension for weighing the efficiency of the enterprise activities in management. This paper attempts to put the informational entropy theory into coal business in the course of evaluation on economic benefit, and offers some steps with which economic benefit in coal enterprises can be evaluated by using this theory. It also explores, with some examples, the index system for evaluation of economic benefit as well as its determination principles in coal enterprises.

    Firstly,this paper defined the concept of the coal resources saving degree from three dimensions such as resource,economy and environment,and pointed out the coal resources saving degree would consist of different rates contributed to coal resources saving made by such three independent sub-systems as the mining,washing and processing,comprehensive utilization.Secondly,this paper constructed the fuzzy evaluation model of coal resource saving degree,including the model framework,index system and evaluation method.Finally,this paper calculated and horizontally evaluated the coal saving degree of Jibei mine in 2006 by means of the fuzzy evaluation model.The comparisons of analyzed results with the practical data of mines verified the scientific nature of the model and the accuracy of evaluated results,and some suggestions for the main problems existed in coal resources saving of mines are pointed out.

    For the sake of solving the problem of inadequate safety investment and irrational investment structure in coal enterprises,AHP and GRAP were used to define the correlation degree value between safety investment and output in coal enterprises. On this basis,a nonlinear programming model based on goal of minimum total amount of safety investment in coal enterprises was built with the method of goal programming. The results show that there is no strict positive correlation between safety investment size and safety output in coal enterprises,that reasonable structure of safety investment is an important safeguard against safety accidents,and that attaching great importance to industrial hygiene and education investment helps to ensure work safety in coal mines.

    In order to accelerate the construction of coal mining enterprises emergency management mechanism and enhance emergency capability of coal mining enterprises,a method for evaluating coal mining enterprises emergency capability was worked out according to the characteristic of HD. A network structure of evaluation indicators was constructed on the basis of correlation degrees between indicators. An evaluation model was built according to the network structure. Evaluation steps were given. The model was applied to evaluate the capability of a certain coal mining enterprise in Huainan city,China. The results show that the evaluation method can give weight on the basis of behavioral mechanisms,and the actual rescue capability is the most important for this coal mining enterprise and its weight is 0. 170 7,the emergency response capability is the lowest and its weight is 0. 075 0,all basically consistent with the actual situation of this coal mining enterprise.

    This article study the internal material distribution models selection problem from the view of reducing distribution costs with the actual situation of the coal enterprises.This paper considering the transportation costs and time costs to establish a cost model to analyzing and comparing the self-distribution model and the supplier distribution model which are the major distribution model in coal enterprises.According to internal materials' characteristics and needs of the coal enterprises,this paper makes criteria for the selection of distribution model and provides a scientific and rational reference for the internal material distribution models selection problem.
