Abstract:
The responsibilities and duties of the general agreement on trade in service are introduced. The opportunities and challenges faced by engineering cost after China entering into the WTO are analyzed; at the same time countermeasures are proposed for enterprises to meet market competition.Cite
This paper in troduces the argreement and the treaties of WTO and circumstance of trade of service in China. Four ways of trade or service in China are pointed out. It indicate that to join WTO will promote the developping of service business and trade of service. And the effects on trade of service are forecasted.

After China's entering WTO, the construction engineering test industry of China is facing increasing challenges and opportunities. Therefore the industry must take advantages of related clauses of WTO to win. WTO is the permanent international organization independent from the UN and the most influential economic association in the current world. Entering WTO of China has put foreword new and higher demand for the construction of economic constitutionality especially for the construction of foreign trade constitutionality as well. With the development of science and technology, service trade is advancing rapidly. Under the frame of WTO, a multilateral legal system of international service trade has been set up. Since China's concerning legislation have many defects at present, a comparative perfect legislation system of service trade should be established in China, so as to meet the requirements of WTO and GATS as well as the development of China's service trade.
