Abstract:
The current workflow system strong coupled with the external application,to a large extent limited the external applications.A cooperation workflow management system model based on WebServices is designed,on the basis of this model,a mechanism on access agents between the workflow engine and the external application is established and a collaborative interface model based on access agents is designed to breakthrough the limitations of the majority of workflow engine and solve the interface operation to the heterogeneous environment.The model has good interoperability,flexibility and scalability.Keywords:

Both the remote access of various business systems and the communication adaptation are on their way to becoming the chief bottleneck in Workflow Management System.In accordance with the requirement of the different business interfaces,this paper proposes the creation of a heterogeneous Workflow Management System.Then,a communication adapter system is designed,which can accomplish the conversion of a series of protocols.Finally,the new adapter system is applied to the safety production platform,and it keeps the key business of the platform distributed,efficient,and uniform.

Collaborative workflow management systems in logistic companies require strong information systems and computer support.These IT integration requirements have expanded considerably with the advent of ebusiness; utilizing web services for B2B (Business to Business) and P2P (Partner to Partner) e-commerce.This paper proposes service oriented model driven architecture for dynamic workflow changes and strategy for implementation of these changes by isolation of services and business processes where by existing workflow systems can easily incorporate and integrate the changes following a step by step process replacement synchronization in workflow.This paper will also describe conceptual framework for prototype implementation resulting in dynamic collaborative workflow management.

On the basis of the research of workflow technologies and products in application environments,this paper presents a way to realize Web based workflow management system.All most all of the existing workflow products have some blemishes.Such as the model content is limited,can't satisfy diverse process request,feebleness scalable and flexible,the model can hardly to be expand,lacks support to distributed environment,redefinition is very difficult.The structure of the system and the design of its workflow engine model are also elaborated.Choose the J2EE development environment,use JBuilder 9.0 as developing language,adopt WebLogic 8.11 for applied server and the Oracle 9i is the best database of our work,build customer+ the Session Bean +CMP to make the many tiers framework.Develop an application system for water supplement enterprise.The new business system is reliable,efficient,convenient and easy to maintain.

Inter-Organizational business process coordination attempts to support the collaboration between different business processes, distributed over different enterprises. In order to coordinate the business processes of different organizations, we need to efficiently integrate different organization's workflows to provide customized services. Cross-enterprise workflow which can streamline and coordinate business processes across organizations in dynamic Web environment provides a flexible solution. In order to address the problem of dynamic web service composition we have adopted an approach based on Service oriented Inter-organizational Workflow (SIW) along with an Agent Based Architecture. Our objective is to dynamically integrate the workflows and compose a workflow execution community customized to different workflow specifications. In our work, each of the agent capability is used to serve a particular service request and business processes are wrapped by service agents. Based on the user's need, the process agent contacts the service selection agents to find appropriate service agents, and then negotiates with the service agents about task execution.

With the rapid development of network technology, current workflow system has become service-based. But the services in current service-based workflow system are either totally public or hidden. The paper presents a service-oriented workflow model which is composed of two types of workflow service: private and public. The private service is the full definition of a workflow service as common. The public one is simplified from the private service according to a principle - interface equivalence. After taking an overview of the service-oriented workflow model, it provides several definitions which are required in interface equivalence. Given the property of interface equivalence, it proposes an algorithm to simplified public service from private service based on the interface equivalence.

Through analysing some limitations of traditional workflow technique applied in enterprise information system, This paper proposes a model of the distributed workflow management system which based on Web Service, researches the design idea and some key techniques, and analyses key points of the distributed collaborative workflow such as the modeling method, the system activation flow model, workflow integration and the control center. The article reveals some specific application of the workflow theory model in the business flow for the modern enterprise.They provide many functions for the enterprise,such as message service, business flow management, data sharing and application integration. While being sufficient flexibility and scalability, the blue print provide a reasonable and feasible proposals to upgrade the original workflow management system.

To solve the problem existing in the traditional centralized workflow system-such as poor scalability and strong coupling between process management and business application, we present the architectural design of a distributed multi-engine workflow system based on web services. The separation of the process logic implementation and the application logic implementation improves the flexibility and scalability of workflow system.

In a workflow management system based on client/server architecture, centralized server can not only degrade the system performance, but also easily lead to the single-node failure. A decentralized workflow management system is proposed, which applies P2P (peer to peer, that is, to sharethe computer resources and services by direct exchange between systems) concepts to workflow scenarios. Each node within the system acts as a client application, which can also perform functions of a data repository and a process controller. Based on the JXTA realization (project Juxtapose, an open-sourced platform which was developed by the Sun Company to support the P2P application) and the application of the medical consultation workflow system, it demonstrates that the decentralized workflow management has good scalability under a dynamic environment, which can also offer higher autonomy for the workflow user.
