    Abstract:
    SrTiO 3 based electroceramics is one of the most excellent electroceramic materials, with low tan δ and good thermal stability. It is widely used in high voltage capacitor, grain boundary layer capacitor, varistor and PTCR. In this paper, the properties, applications and recent progress of SrTiO 3 based electroceramic material in different fields were reviewed.

    Barium titanate powder has higher permittivity,lower dielectric loss,good ferroelectric,piezoelectricity and electric insulation properties.Barium titanate is a type of ceramic material widely used in electronics industry for fabrication of multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCS),memory materials,and so on.Preparation and control morphology of barium titanate nanopartiales were studied in the field of nano material.Preparation methods are greatly developed.The methods for preparation of barium titanate and study progress are reviewed.The future trends are also prospected.

    Lead zirconate titanate is widely used as capacitor,piezoelectric devices,ferroelectric random access memory and so on because of its excellent dielectric,piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties.Effects of Zr/Ti ratio and dopant on dielectric and ferroelectric properties of lead zirconate titanate thin films are summarized in this paper.Finally,some problems on doping of lead zirconate titanate thin films are proposed.

    Barium titanate ceramic has excellent characteristic of high dielectric constant,piezoelectric ferroelectricity,positive temperature coefficient,therefore it becomes significant ceramic material.Sintering process has important effect on densification and microstruction of barium titanate ceramic.And barium titanate ceamic has such drawbacks as relatively high changing rate of dielectric constant with temperature,high dielectric loss,low breakdown strength,weak absorption strength and narrow bandwidth due to thin layer,doping modification is often used to enhance performance of barium titanate ceramic,different doping material would have various effect.Progress of sintering and doping technology to produce high-performance barium titanate ceramic in recent years are reviewed.Its characteristics and main application fields are introduced.Barium titanate ceramic has wide application,it is significant to make further research on more excellent sintering technology and doping technology of barium titanate ceramic.

    The structural properties of strontium titanate SrTiO3 films and the electrical parameters of the related capacitor structures have been investigated. It has been found that the deposition temperature exerts a direct effect on the structure properties of the films. The strontium titanate films deposited at a temperature of 800°C are single-phase, have a rather perfect crystal structure, and possess minimum internal stresses. It has been shown that the capacitor structures based on high structure quality strontium titanate films provide better electrical characteristics, i.e. level of dielectric losses and fast switching factor at a frequency of 2 GHz.

    The family of bismuth titanate, Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT) layered-structured ferroelectrics materials is attractive from the viewpoint of their application as electronic materials such as dielectrics, piezoelectrics and pyroelectrics, because they are characterized by good stability of piezoelectric properties, a high Curie temperature and a good resistance vs temperature. Bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) powders can be prepared using different methods, depending if the creation will be film coating or ceramics. The structure and properties of bismuth titanate materials show a significance dependence on the applied synthesis method. In this review paper, we made an attempt to give an approach to analyzing the structure, synthesis methods and properties of bismuth titanate ferroelectrics materials. .

    The progress of the research on the film of barium strontium titanate (BST) is reviewed. Included are the four preparation methods PLD, magnetron sputtering, sol-gel and MOCVD, and its application in phase shifter, DRAM, pyroelectric infrared sensor and hydrogen gas sensor. The subjects that need further research are control of crystal grain boundary, control of interface, leakage conductance mechanism, fatigue mechanism, non-linear effect, preparation technology for the film of high quality and large area, etc.
