Abstract:
Objective:To explore the surgical treatment effect on elderly patients with colorectal cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction.Methods:The clinical cases of 56 patients with colorectal cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction,in which 41 elderly patients were analyzed according to the disease diagnosis and emergency treatment.Results:All the right colon cancer patients conductedⅠresection and anastomosis with few complications.Reasonable choice of surgery was made according to the patients' general condition and the severity to left colon cancer patients.Keywords:
