Abstract:
In this paper,a multminctional lucas-tooth intensity correction software has been compiled. Thesoftware can discriminate effect of matrix correction accuratny and sharply. Then if has data processing function of multiple linear resression and internal standard mode. Analytical results were satisfiedKeywords:

As the requirement of non-radioactivity measurement has increased in recent years, various energy calibration methods applied in portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometers have been developed. In this paper, a sampling based correction energy calibration has been discussed. In this method both history information and current state of the instrument are considered and relative high precision and reliability can be obtained.

In the report the technical solution for working off software and hardware the measuring channel is described, it is adapted to the size and speed of degradation of the metrological characteristics and thus makes it possible to ensure that the measuring class of accuracy as long as possible. The decision is based on the method of sample signals. The structure of the measuring channel of temperature with the four-wire communication line and possibility of switching of model resistance is used. The software allows to determine the systematic and random components of error and speeds their changes, to register the values of the errors and to take a statistically valid solution for the correction of the calibration curves.
