In the last decade, supply chain management has played an important role to lead agribusiness today to succeed in their business goals, to gain competitive advantages, and to improve business performance. As the result of that, there has been extensive studying in a popular topic of strategic supply chain management in order to improve business performance as well as along supply chain performance under the real situation. This is because in current business world, supply chain practices are crucial to influence many agribusinesses to continuously adapt proper supply chain management in their nature of business. This paper will propose a conceptual framework of supply chain practices and supply chain performance indicators of the Australian Lamb Industry.

Everywhere in the world, and especially in Morocco, the imperatives of sustainable development are imposed on the management of logistics flows. Supply chain management seems to be concerned by new environmental and social considerations. These imperatives concern both the supply chains of products and services. Thus, the requirements of sustainable development have begun to interact with the practices of the Service Supply Chain (SSC) which is a supply chain specific to services. Subsequently, how can sustainable chain management contribute to improving the global performance of the service company? The prospective study carried out revealed that sustainable Service Supply Chain Management, in terms of coordination, information exchange, collaboration and pooling of resources and skills of the different actors can improve the efficiency of the service supply chain and its global performance.

This paper discusses on the research areas of social and science management such as finance, marketing, logistics, information management system, etc., toward supply chain management issues. This exploratory research examined the contribution of knowledge management (KM) to sustainability and collaboration practices across a number of small to medium size Australian food and beverage exporters. A growing focus on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) in global supply chains offers opportunities for organizations to create value and secure competitive advantage by employing strategic KM practices to support SSCM. Analysis of eight case study organizations revealed that KM contributes to SSCM across a number of areas, including strategic focus, protecting firm reputation and performance, risk management, innovation, collaboration and relationships with partners.
