Abstract:
Along with the development of the global economy and the marine,telecontrol system of valve to become one of the equipments that must install in the large,high automation ships,and the actuator of valve is the key parts of the telecontrol system of valve for a ship achieve homemade.This paper aims at the research and manufacture with an actuator of valve,compared several kind of rotary hydraulic actuator about their merit and shortcoming and the employ situation briefly,combine the characteristics of use on the ship,designed a sort of spiral hydraulic actuator with detent to use for the valve's drive in the valve control system of the ship,and discuss about the main design method of the spiral hydraulic actuator and the selection and assurance of the parameters.Keywords:

The structure and working principle of a self-contained electro-hydraulic actuator for turbine control systems are being illustrated.As an independent component,the actuator has its own oil source and electro-hydraulic servo system,and can control the action of an oil servo motor according to instructions it receives.Featured by high integration,high reliability,convenient application,energy saving,environmental protection and high stain resistance,the actuator may serve as a new approach for design and retrofit of relevant digital electro-hydraulic control systems of turbines.

In the case of hydraulic power system of ships or marine facilities, many kinds of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components are connected to each other very complicatedly. It is very hard to disassemble or reconfigure the hydraulic system. Therefore there are increasing demands from industry for a stand-alone type actuator and a valve remote control system. Valve remote control system (VRCS) is a convenient system which it possible to operate the valves installed in the cargo or ballast tanks from the remote wheelhouse. This paper is dealing with a new stand-alone type hydraulic actuator for a valve remote control system. The stand-alone type hydraulic actuator consists of a gear pump, an AC motor, a check valve, a relief valve and a controller. We try to design and implement the stand-alone type hydraulic actuator and this tries to be verified through an experiment. This research is a contribution to simplify a hydraulic system, improve responsibility of dynamic power system, and reduce an energy loss in a ships or marine facilities.

Valve electric actuating equipments are widely used to operate and regulate valves in modern control system, and the valve electric controller is a main section of the valve electric actuating equipment. The studying and developing of the control system has been made also. And the bus controlling system and the CDMA communicating network are brought to the scheme of the intelligent electronic actuator. Besides, in detail the author analyzed the valve the valve position locating and the compensating of flux characteristic. The whole design is adjusting and running of the instrument feasibly and reliably and the presumed function has been realized.

In the research of variant aircraft and small UAV, the actuator is considered to be smaller in size and compacter in structure. In this background, this paper designs a new type of compact smart actuator, the actuator integrates simple hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump plunger adopts two simple structure, Oil flow distribution is realized by suction and discharge of one-way valve. In order to reduce the volume of the actuator, the housing of the hydraulic pump is connected to the actuator housing. The control circuit of the actuator is designed, and the simulation model is built on the AMEsim simulation platform to verify the correctness of the design.

This paper designed a ship valve remote control system both in software and hardware which is based on a new type of intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator of valve,the industrial PC and the technique of CAN bus.It can control the valves in ship and display their state in remote.The realization of the plan can improve the automation level higher for engine room.

This paper presents an approach for design and control of a new servo valve which has variety of applications such as in vehicle active suspension system. The new setup which is referred to as Nitinol-hydraulic actuator consists of a smart spool rod covered by smart materials for operating position assigning of inlet and outlet ports. Inter-metallic compound of Nitinol (Ni-Ti) is used for actuator and valve design. A specific control scheme is exploited for parameter analysis and the setup is modeled in control space. The effort is made to tackle the conventional difficulties due to uncertainties and nonlinearities in force control of servo-valve. The present solution is to computerize the control of valve through the development of an online fuzzy logic controller for Nitinol valve to maintain the active suspension system control.

The paper presents new concept of control of the linear hydraulic actuator. Linear hydraulic actuators are used in the industry mainly for manipulation with heavy products and in the technologies which requires high forces, dynamic movements and high accuracy. Due to the design of the production equipment's the differential cylinders are used for the realization of the linear hydraulic servo drives controlled by the servovalves. The real properties of the classical concept of the hydraulic servo drive will be summarized and new concept of control based on the full hydraulic resistance bridge will be presented in the paper. Finally, the realization of the integrated actuator will be shown and results from the laboratory testing of the digital closed loop control using the embedded control system will be demonstrated.
