This paper introduces the advantages of Matlab language,combined with practical project,describes the application skill of Matlab in data analysis of soil test.It is easy and fast to use Matlab to edit computer programs. By using the component of MATLAB Compiler Runtime of MATLAB,we provide MATLAB Web service,and realize the function of online space curve courseware with MATLAB WebFigure. The ideas and methods of design are introduced,and the key technology for online plot with WebFigure is summarized. Using the WebFigure feature in MATLAB Web application,users can display MATLAB figures on a Web site for graphical manipulation as same as in real. The online plotting resources are significative to both teachers and students.

Based on Matlab environment, a multipurpose Pearson type III frequency curve analysis software is developed by using the internal function and the drawing menu of Matlab. One example was carried out to provide the using process of this software. The results show that this software has the advantages of complete functions, friendly interface and easy use. The calculation results can fully meet the needs of hydrological research, meteorological research and engineering design.

A kind of programme method based on MATLAB Builder for.NET was proposed.The application of this programme method for the reliability data processing was introduced.The method realizes the parameter estimation and drawing by invoking the dynamic link library of MATLAB,and an illustration demonstrated that this method is feasible.

In this paper, simulation software of process control based on PCAuto, Excel and Matlab is presented. In this system, Mat-lab simulink is used to build the model of control. The data interchange between of PCAuto and Matlab can be achieved by Excel link. The system reduces the difficulties of communication configuration between PCAuto and Matlab, and increases the analysis of control effect.

MATLAB is the widespread used technical software platform. This platform doesn’t integrate the orders and functions operating computer hardware directly, so that it brings inconvenience for some applications in particular. Through using application program interface (API) which MATLAB provides, the article has given a realization method of the interface control procedure of the real-time data gathering control system under MATLAB environment, and carried on the discussion to this method combined with the example.
