    Abstract:
This paper discusses the different forms of Jiangxi dialect used in the literary works so as to find out their universal characteristics. The using patterns include:1) using dialect words and grammatical structures directly without any explanatory notes;2) relevant forms of common speech before or behind the dialect words or expressions to help the reader to grasp the real meanings of them;and 3) dialect forms are promoted to be topics to advance the plot and delineate the local culture. The relevant problems include:1) way in which a writer uses the dialect forms related to his creative intention or his sense of language standardization, and 2) using dialect words or grammatical structures properly not only to make up for some weakness of common speech but also to promote the status of Jiangxi dialect.

In the focus of discussion are linguistic subtleties that reflect the identity of an upper-class speaker. The correlation between the linguistic and the social forms of expression has retained its topicality manifested in a great number of scholarly papers and articles under the heading Language and Identity. Papers studying the linguistic shibboleths of the upper classes of society are very few, if any at all. Hence the interest in the socially marked linguistic features applied in modern literature to depict socially privileged characters/personages. Among others are literary words, which, though self-explanatory and explicitly referring to a literary style, literary traditions and education, serve as indices of socially privileged classes. The analysis of social contexts and the functions performed by literary words of foreign origin in fiction allow us to single out some nuances and subtleties in their use for social characterization, which may be of interest to linguists and educators.

In personal and mass communication, the using and prevailing of the signs are caused by the dialect complex of the communicators. The existence of dialect complex has certain negative influences on information communication, social stability and harmony between ethnic groups, and even on national unity. There is, in the Wallachian dialect, a few words which give its specificity and ennobles it. They are not found in the rest of dialects and may be considered idiomatic, because they are untranslatable (in the sense of total equivalence). Some are lexemes with the singular form, others are new meanings of some existing phrases in Romanian literary. Popularization of these lexical items through this article aims at knowledge and their integration into generalized use of the Romanian language, pointing their idiomatic character. The Wallachian dialect should not be regarded as having privileged status among other dialects, but as a linguistic resource that allows nuanced and creative expression at the national.

Literature language is a language of art. At the contemporary time in literature writing, besides various rhetorics and folk expressions and changes of sentence patterns, a writer also adopts artistically informal patterns. These informal artistical patterns are: the flexible use of part of speech, different collocations of morphemes, variation of the emotional colour of the words, mutual use of different stylistic words as well as changing some of the customary set collocations.
