    Abstract:
    Enhancing the practical properties of PE teacher education and improving the professional practical abilities of expectant PE teacher substan-tially could be regarded as the central question and greatest primary task of PE teacher educational reform in China. In this paper,the sign,essence and root cause for the lack of professional practical abilities of the student teachers were fully expounded. The practical properties of PE teachers were analyzed from the perspective of praxis philosophy and then the regularity and trend of the PE teacher education were discussed. Finally,the paper puts forward several sustainable strategies on how to enhance the practical properties of PE teacher education. It is necessary to create US teacher professional community to form delicate system and mechanism on cooperating to raise PE teacher;to build all-way practice teaching cultivation model so as to promote the students teachers' field study institutionalized and normalized;to attach great importance both to the knowledge learning and practice ability in the teaching of discipline theory,oriented towards professional practical abilities;transcend empirical and technological practice outlook and strengthen reflective practice under the direction of scientific theory,and so forth.

    Teacher's function are greatly expanded with the reform and development of modern education,especially when the curriculum reform on elementary education requires teachers play kinds of roles in teaching.Having been focusing on disciplinary study and pure knowledge learning,traditional high-level normal education ignored the development of students' ability in practical teaching.So teachers' colleges and universities should deepen the reform and take effective measures to strengthen the training of students' practical ability in teaching,to improve students' qualities for employment and send qualified new-type teaching staffs to basic education.

    The development of times brings new challenge to School Physical education, urgently demanding a new faculty of high-quality and self-developing teachers. Continuous education is an effective way of professional mature for PE teachers. Thus we should establish a dynamic and open teacher education mould to match the developing trend of the modern world, adding something new to the form and content of continuous education, improving the professional level of PE teachers in order to make it adjusted to education and development of PE cause of 21st century. This is not only the need of improving PE teachers′ professional reputation but also a guarantee of higher education character.

    The teaching and learning ability of physical education (PE) teachers is an important part of the process of PE. It determines the success or failure of the whole PE. The physical and mental health of students, the cultivation of good living habits and the continuous deepening reform of education, which bring higher demands on PE teachers. Based on the current situation of the cultivation of PE teachers’ teaching ability, this paper analyzes its connotation, constructs the PE teacher’s education and teaching ability from the perspective of PE teaching process, psychological process in PE and effective concept of PE teaching, and finally finds the key aspect in the growth of PE teacher’s education and teaching ability.

    Abstract There are major problems in “education practice” of China's normal universities: participants can’t understand sufficiently the content and purpose of education practice; education practice schools are lack of motivation; and the university curriculums are not consistent with education practice and education practice process is to be improved. In order to improve the practical effect and promote the practice of normal university education reform, this article introduces service-learning theory which has been applied in the United States successfully, and combines it with China's teacher education practice characteristics and proposes a new four-in-one model of education practice (PCWP), that is, establishing the diversified purposes of service-learning (Purpose), stressing courses of teaching skills to carry out the “professional services, service-learning courses”(Courses), encouraging the teacher students to full-time practice and teachers in-service to learn at off-site ways (Ways), and following the two iterative process - “learning - service (actions) - reflection (Process). It is thus supposed to be of significant meaning for the model innovation of practice of teacher education.
    It pull out the new requires on knowledge and ability for teachers to reform new course in physical education. It mainly show the special knowledge,the ability to exploit curriculum resources, the ability to organize and control the physical education, the ability to research the physical education, etc.The author think it is necessary for improving the knowledge and ability to built the idea of all life's education and form the ability how to learn and perfect the education system of developing PE teachers.

    The particularity of teacher career have higher requirements to the education practice ability. The education practice ability,determines whether the pre-service teachers can adapt to the requirement of teacher' professional as soon as possible. Teacher education curriculum standards( trial implementation) puts forward the concept of practice orientation for the cultivation of the pre-service teachers. This paper analyzes the structure of the pre-service teachers' knowledge and practice ability,from the teacher education curriculum reform、education practice ability training and monitoring、strengthen the pre-service teacher training team and offer the show platform,and explores the cultivation of the pre-service teachers' practical ability,to provide certain reference to the reform of the teachers' education in normal colleges.

    At present, in the process of implementing teacher education curriculumn, many teachers are used to teaching the theory based on the subjects’s logical structure.The students can understand some basic education problems by theory teaching, but will passively accept others’ thinking and will lack ablity to adopt the teachers’ career in the future. Case teaching, a good method of overcoming the shortcomings of theory teaching, should be adopted in the implementing of teacher education curriculumn.

    The choice of teaching organizing form and adjusting the role of PE teacher in new course standards is explored.The results show that the role of PE teacher should be changed from executer of teaching project to constituter of PE course,from controller of classroom teaching to guider of developing student′s sports performance,from judger of evaluating student′s sports performance to prompter of student′s development.In the choice of teaching organizing form,PE teachers should pay much attention to the restriction,the democracy,the administrative levels and rebuilding of teaching organizing form,which should be developed to the direction of diversify individuality and benefiting student′s studying in the foundation of constantly perfecting the role of teaching in class.

One of the most requirements to promote and strengthen education is the training of teachers. Teacher education is very important as efficient teachers can shape an efficient future society. A teacher should prepare himself before accepting the responsibility of teaching. It is also found that improvement in working of teacher education institutions, knowledge of science and technology, realization of constitutional goals, emphasis on value education, development of creativity, development of life skills and healthy discussion on social issues are major remedies to bring quality and improvement in teacher education.
