    Abstract:
Objective To understand the basic conditions of a hospital′s adverse drug reactions(ADR) so as to improve the importance and reported rate of ADR in the future. Methods Adopt a retrospective research methods and analyze a hospital collected 57 cases of ADR reports, report the number and resource of cases each year respectively and besides, the don′t reported cases of ADR and its cause, types of drugs, involved organs or clinical manifestations and so on,and then do statistical analysis of them. Results Among 57 cases of ADR reports, the ADR reporting rate in 2007 is the highest(38.6%),the physicians reported number is the largest(79.0%),mostly involving drugs to anti-infection(accounting for 75.4%),ADR accumulated clinical manifestations are involved in the skin and its annexes damage for the most(43.9%). Conclusion The drug-induced adverse reactions can not be ignored,we should take effective measures to improve the reporting rate.

OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)occurred in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 125 ADR cases collected in our hospital during 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age and sex, route of administration, serious ADR,drug combination, past ADR history, drug kinds,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:Of the total 125 ADR cases,11 categories or 62 kinds of drugs were involved, with antimicrobial drugs took the lead which caused ADRs in 65 cases(52.0%)followed by Chinese patent agents which caused ADR in 38 cases(30.4%).102(81.6%)ADR cases were induced by intravenous route.Lesions of skin and appendants were the most common presentations of the ADR,which appeared in 70 cases(52.24%).10(8.0%)were severe cases.CONCLUSION:Importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADR so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADR in the clinic meanwhile promoting rational use of drugs and ensure medication safety.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence and regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital.METHODS:There were 349 ADR cases collected from our hospital in 2009,which were retrospectively analyzed in respect of general information of patients, drug information, organs and systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, types of ADR reports and source of serious cases.RESULTS:In 349 cases of ADR,40 cases(11.46%) had the history of drug allergy. There were 10 kinds of antibacterials in the top 15 drugs which caused the most ADR cases, accounting for 66.67%.Related dosage form was mainly injection(385 cases,86.91%).Lesions of skin and its appendants were the main clinical manifestations(167 cases,47.85%).CONCLUSION:More attention should be paid to the patients' history of drug allergy. The analysis and evaluation of drug use in ADR cases, discovery of early warning and the training work of primary physician should be intensified to improve the level of rational drug use and ensure safety of drug use.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital and to supply references for rational drug use and correct evaluation of ADR.METHODS:189 ADR reports in our hospital in 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Among 189 ADR cases, the number of male(108 cases) was more than female(81 cases). The incidence of ADR was significantly higher in the elderly aged ≥50 and juveniles aged ≤18.61.90% of ADR were induced by intravenous drip. The main clinical manifestation of organs or systems involved in ADR were lesion of skin and its appendants, which involved 78 cases(41.27%).CONCLUSIONS:ADR monitoring should be strengthened,so as to standardize clinical rational drug use and ensure the safety of drug use.

Aim To get the information about occurrence of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and relevent factors that lead ADR so as to promote rational use of drugs and improve ADR monitoring. Methods 132 ADR reports in Wanbei Coal-electricity to Corporation General Hospital were collected, classified and analyzed, which were collected by clinical pharmacist from 2006 to 2008.Results 112 ADR cases were caused by intravenous drug, which accounted for 84.9%,41 antibiotic drugs,31.1%.Skin and accessory organ damage were the most common clinical manifestations in 68 cases, which accounted for 30.8%.Conclusion Monitoring of ADR should be eahanced and relevant information, should be made known so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.

Objective Analysis of hospital adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurrence and characteristics, to promote the hospital safe, effective and rational use of drugs. Methods 2006-2011 reported in our Hospital 180 cases of ADR reporting and classification of statistics and data analysis. Results 180 cases of ADR, the ADR incidence of women than men, male and female ratio of 1:2.05 ADR occurred; multiple people over the age of 60, accounting for 23.89%; Yinfa ADR approach to intravenous administration, accounting for 82.22 %. ADR variety of drugs involved in the first place is that antibacterial drugs 88 cases, accounting for 48.88%, which occurred cephalosporins number of cases to 30 cases, accounting for the number of cases of antibiotic occurred 34.09%. ADR involved organ or system to the skin and its annexes, accounting for 57.78%. Conclusion Rational use of drugs to enhance education, improve the medical staff to report ADR's enthusiasm and initiative, to ensure the safety of clinical medicine, effective and economical.

Objective To study the features, general patterns of adverse drug reaction(ADR) occurred in our hospital and to provide the guidance basis for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The data of 312 cases of ADR from the center of ADR monitor were analyzed retrospectively and statistically. Results In 312 ADR cases, patients between 50 to 86 years old age accounted for 52.25% in the first place; the drugs that induced ADR totaled 29 kinds, with anti-infectives showing the highest proportion (86.86%); the main manifestation of the ADR was lesions of skin and its appendages (76.28%). Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is affected by many factors. Therefore, we should strengthen the monitoring of ADR in order to reduce or avoid ADR, and to use reasonable safe and effective medications.

OBJECTIVE:To realize the regularity and related factors of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 324 ADR reports collected from our hospital during 2011-2012 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of 324 ADR reports, the patients of age group in greater than 70 years took up the highest proportion. The drugs that induced ADR totaled 120 kinds.39.51% of ADR cases were induced by circulatory system drugs. Most of ADR were caused by injection and intravenous route.Main clinical manifestations of organs or system involved in ADR were lesion of gastrointestinal system, accounting for 28.85%.CONCLUSIONS:More attention should be paid to ADR monitoring by medical institutions to reduce the incidence of ADR and improve rational drug use.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital. METHODS: 174 ADR cases in our hospital reported to state ADR monitoring center were analyzed in respect of patients’ sex and age, route of administration, reporting source, type of drugs, organ and system involved in ADR and its clinical symptom, etc. RESULTS: Among 174 ADR cases, 53 patients aged over 60 years accounted for 30.46%. 137 cases were induced by intravenous dripping injection (78.74%). 108 cases were induced by anti-infective drugs (62.07%). The main clinical manifestations of ADR were lesions of skin and its appendants in 81 cases (46.56%). CONCLUSION: The medical organization should pay close attention to ADR reporting and monitoring, especially anti-infective drugs and drugs for injection, so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADR.
