This is a practical search paper aims at studying the effect of yoga exercises on the movement performance of the students of college of fine arts after discovering the importance of such exercises. These exercises provide the body and mind with activity and have many physical advantages that can be used in developing the performance skills of the drama student. This paper consists of three chapters. The first is about the paper problem through answering the following question: What are the advantages of using yoga exercises (relaxation, concentration) on developing the skills of the drama student from the physical and psychological side? Zero hypotheses are set for this aim. The importance of this paper is to reveal the advantages of using yoga exercises for the actor from the physical and psychological side. The searcher finds that there is a necessary need for this study because it's subject is new and developing. The paper aims at identifying the effect of the selected Hatha yoga exercises on the movement performance level (movement expression) for the students of acting branch, second grade, drama department, college of fine arts in University of Babil. The theoretical frame of this study is interested in studying yoga (as a concept and practice) and indicators are shown. The second chapter is about the procedures of the practical paper, search paper community, search sample, analysis methodology and making a test before and after. The third is about the results including the following: 1- There are differences of statistical significance on a level of (0,05) between the marks of the pretest and posttest for the students of the control group. There is statistical significance on the average of the marks of the control group between the pretest and posttest. This shows the development of the movement performance of the control group students after training them due to the traditional way. 2- Improving the creative performance level and the ability to do the art movement improvisation. This chapter also includes the most important results, recommendations ,suggestions and references used by the searcher.

According to investigation and analysis of the status of ideological perceptions,motivation of exercises,contents of exercises,time arrangement,frequency,exercises habit and influencing factor on students' physical exercises in our college,the results indicate that most of the student in our college have the need and want to take physical exercises,but only a few have the exercises habit.The interest is the main motivation of taking exercises,thus the lack of interests,fields,equipments,organization and guide of exercises and inadequate consuming ability is the principal factor that influences the students' physical exercises.

In the process of professional training for dancers, ground training helps dancers to achieve a beautiful body shape, elegant temperament, improve their professional ability and body shape.Relatively speaking, the Chinese classical dance requires relatively higher basic skills, the body flexibility of the dancers are more demanding, while the ground training is mainly the training of upper and lower limbs soft opening and flexibility to improve the dance learner from top to bottom soft opening, thereby increasing the joints of the scope of activities and muscles, ligaments, tendons and other organizations, the ability to stretch and shrink, so that the body's flexibility have been balanced development .All in all, after a long period of ground training, it can change the habit of habitual relaxation of their own dancers, training a good professional body.

This paper is dealing with the factors of influence rules and methods in the physical flexibility exercises of aerobics of the university students and the problems which should be paid attention to in developing Physical flexibility by adopting experimentation and investigation.It is proved that the Physical flexibility of university students can be improved through scientific and reasonable practice and it can also help to improve tensibility and sport of the muscle and the extension quality and difficulty of the actions.At the same time it also offers theories and references of practice for the physical flexibility exercises in the university aerobics.

To boost the development of the science of college student fitness exercise,the author developed and made the College Student Fitness Exercise Prescription Application Software.This software can perform a physical quality evaluation on data from physical test on each student,provide a fitness exercise prescription according to the characteristics of his/her physical quality, and guide him/her to do fitness exercises in a safer and more scientific and practical way.This software can also automatically process data from physical quality test on students in the same school,several schools or institutes of higher learning in different areas,perform evaluation,monitoring and evaluation comparison on physical quality,and enhance the efficiency and quality of monitoring and evaluation of college student's physical quality.This software has such characteristics as convenient application,wide range of applicability,and good expandability.

The aim of the research is to investigate the effects of sports specific training with perceptual skill training on muscular strength and explosive power of male inter-collegiate Players studying various Colleges The subjects were randomly divided into three equal groups of fifteen each, of which two were experimental groups and one a control group. The literature research and the teaching experiment verified that the use of imagery training in the yoga teaching functions better than the conventional teaching methods.It helps to strengthen and speed up the students' formation of the skills and master the technique of yoga through the combination of the mental training and physical exercise with the mental activities.The teaching of yoga is also improved.

Yoga is an ancient system with complex effect on humans. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the different structural groups of yoga exercises on the balance abilities of the practitioners. The object of the research was the balance stability. The subject of the study was the value and frequency fluctuations of COG during the execution of the control balance exercise. A contingent of the study was a group of 25 practitioners. The basic scientific method used for the realization of this research is the method of posturographic analysis. It allows to determine the dynamics of COG. The practical experiment includes measurments after every training impact with various structural groups of yoga exercises. The results concern the movements of the projection of COG. The collected data is presented through tables and graphs. The results reflect the dynamics of the COG during the execution of the balance exercise. Thus, this paper established the effect of the impact of various yogic exercises on the balance stability of the participants.
