    Abstract:
    The characteristics of the system of data acquisition and data integration in water resources information system are to be analyzed in this paper,and then the paper proceeds to compare and analyze the merits and deficiencies with the present technology to achieve data acquisition and data integration under distributive conditions.The paper further proposes a data integration plan based on the multi-agent technology,and makes an analysis of the plan's systematic structure and features.

    The reasonable organization of system data is the requisite and powerful technological means used to promote the efficiency of the system. Aimed at the data organization for the travel time acquisition system based on 3GS (GPS/GIS/GPRS), the article has designed a conceptual model of the system database according to the data requirement analysis, proposed a new hierarchical organization method of data based on the object-oriented theory, and designed a layered logical model of the dynamic information database of the system. The hierarchical data organization method can be used to provide technical support for improving the system efficiency and the timeliness of the acquired travel time data.

    With the promotion of e-government application system, the important effect of data exchange brings more and more concern and discussion. This paper proposes the data exchange system model which is composed of the data transmission services, data exchange adapter and task processors, aiming at data sharing and automatic data exchange application of GIS and other non-spatial data. We introduce XML as a logistic expression and intermediate data standard format of spatial data to make it have the capability of heterogeneous GIS which shares the data resources and services crossing platforms. The data engine model as the transaction processing center between GIS and other non-spatial data uses workflow management technology definite complex analysis model and business process and makes drive-algorithm design and implementation for different data types.

    The database of the existing ordnance equipment simulation training system is multiple.Its data format and service offered are also different,bringing about information passing different department difficultly.It's difficult to improve the equipment supporting between dispersive systems.This paper introduces a data integration patterns-data integration based on the data warehouse.Using the data integration model that can mask a variety of heterogeneous data stored in different databases,to solve simulated training sub-systems data sharing and exchange of issues,to achieve interoperability of data between the subsystems,security simulation training system for the realization of integrated data protection.

    The heterogeneity of information systems constructed in different historical periods by electric power enterprise produces the problem of Information Island, which affects the effective use of information resources. This paper starts with analyzing the adoption status of information systems within power utilities, summarizes the data source types and their relationships. Meanwhile, the data integration necessity in power utility is discussed, and the main problems that include the heterogeneous and distribution of data sources, no unified identifier for power system data entities, lacking of entity associations are analyzed minutely. In order to solve these problems, the data integration platform architecture is designed, which uses CIM as the common data model in electric power enterprise. Through data integration platform, the heterogeneous data sources are mapped to general CIM model, and then the data services are provided by the platform through the well-defined data service interfaces. The data users can request data service via data service interface, and retrieve the object set that accord with specific CIM profile. Moreover, the meta-database schema of data integration platform is introduced in detail. Through the meta-database, the problems that include establishing associations for entities of various data sources, and the unified identifiers for same entities are solved.

    Distribution management utilizes the technique of computer,communication,and automatics to supervise,control,or manage the distribution equipments.How to implement information sharing,realizing inter-application integration is difficult for DMS at present.Based on the analysis of existing data conversion methods,this paper proposed a proposal on the DMS integration,especially elaborated the realization methods of data integration.

    Geo-environmental data resources have obvious features of scattered,multi-sources and heterogeneous. So integrating and sharing geo-environmental data resources is the groundwork for daily management,prediction and early warning,emergency decision-making of geo-environment. After analyzing existing geo-environmental data status,this paper presents a multi-sources data integration method which takes data catalog as the core and contains three modes namely static importing,dynamic creating and remote link. For data service,this paper puts forwards an incorporated measure which combines metadata navigation,direct datasets browsing and query with map visualization. Then authors design and implement the geo-environmental data integration and service system by using ASP. NET,Flex and Web GIS. The practice shows that the system can efficiently integrate scattered,multi-sources and heterogeneous geoenvironmental data and provide safe and convenient data sharing service for different users.

    In order to solve problem of distributed heterogeneous data in water business application,a data integration scheme which combines data mapping and data collection is proposed in this thesis.The scheme carries out data collection through pattern copy by data transformation middleware between databases,and integrates large quantities of low-rate data by data mapping technology based on federal database,then realizes water business applications standardization and water information service integration by adopting component conception,which meets the needs of cross-basin hydrological data sharing and collaboration.The results show that this method can effectively implement data integration of different data sources,and provide a basic data platform for hydrological information system.

    Modeling and Simulation users and developers need to use various kinds of data and information to support their work such as modeling, training and evaluating simulation results. But the conventional data mining and information acquisition processes are expensive and slow due to the nature that all the data and information sources are isolated and distributed thus difficult to acquire. This paper presents a distributed data management and sharing mechanism which can facilitate the data mining and information acquisition work in the MS field, first gives the definition of the mission and purpose of the overall system, then the system architecture, composition and functions. The key technique involved is also discussed.
