Abstract:
This paper is research on the development of the Suitability support system ofparticipatory land use planning. It was analyzed suitability by using GIS in this paper. A vegetation, soil and inclination of landscape factors were laid, and a proper analysis was done in participatory land use planning. It found out the problem and so on which the inhabitant who participated in the decision of the land use plan by laying the landscape factors on participatory land use planning should take into consideration. The land use zone, which was suitable for the use could be presented as that result The suitability analysis of the land use by GIS of this paper is the technique which participatory land use-planning supports.Keywords:

SUMMARY Land administration ('the process of determining, recording, and disseminating information about ownership, value and use of land when implementing land management policies' according to UN Land Administration Guidelines 1996) facilitates -inter alia- land tenure security, the land market, land use planning and control, land taxation and management of natural resources. In textbooks usually two processes are determined for the initial establishment and maintenance of the system, namely the adjudication process and the cadastral boundary survey. This paper aims at identifying unconventional approaches from the point of view of land registrars and land surveyors, which might contribute to the development of appropriate land administration systems in countries that desire to use a land register and cadastre as a tool for the implementation of its land policy.

It’s due to ever expanding cities includes a great increase in population, also lack the knowledge of good management in land use planning, and the land which suitable for agriculture has been changed to be another activities in land use. This article presents the study of site suitability analysis with application of geographic information system (GIS) for agricultural land. Using of GIS data base in physical factors such as soil groups, water resources and topography as a contour. There was analyzed by an ArcGIS program and developing the spatial model in order to classify land suitability level for agricultural land protection. Research results revealed the land suitability levels for agricultural land of Ongkarak District, NakhonNayok Province could be classified into 4 levels; Class 1 Highest Suitability for Agricultural Land, Class 2 Moderate Suitability for Agricultural Land, Class 3 Low Suitability for Agricultural Land and Finally, Class 4 Non Suitability for Agricultural Land . The issue in this article is a primary analysis which focuses only physical factors ; meanwhile excluding factors in economic, social or related regulars, which are otherwise important in site suitability analysis for agricultural land, hence should be incorporated in next step of the further study. It is a long-term and arduous task to enhance land and resources planning work in order to effectively protect and rationally use the land and resources. By Year 2010, general objective for land and resources planning of China: in order to increase the guarantee capacity of land and resources for the sustainable development of economy and society, to establish a scientific and perfect planning system of land and resources; to fully and effectively play the controlling, regulating and coordinating roles of planning in investigation, evaluation, exploration, development, use and protection of the land and resources; to establish the leading position of planning in the administration system of land and resources; to realize scientific, open and systematic planning management to make land and resources planning to a new level. The major tasks are to improve and perfect a scientific system of land and resources planning work, to enhance working-out, examination and approval, and implementation of land and resources planning work, to emphasize investigate, evaluate, dynamic monitoring, comprehensive statistics, basic research and the establishment of the management information system.

Based on the characteristics of the first-class land management in villages and towns,a set of land management information system in villages and towns is developed,which realizes the functions of land use management,farmland protection management,cadastral management,land planning management,land law enforcement and supervision,etc.The system manages all types of information related to various land management in land ownership,land contract and management rights,basic farmland protection,land transfer,land development and reclamation finishing,soil type,and other law enforcement to monitor information.This article describes the method of data processing in the process of building the system and how the database is created.Finally,the follow-up studies of the land management information system are envisaged.

Abstract The article deals with issues related to the creation of digital land management based on the use of modern information technologies. The creation of digital land management is carried out in close connection with the digitalization of agriculture and other sectors of the economy. The basis of information support for land management is the state data Fund, which is formed on the basis of land management documentation, materials and data (in written, graphic, electronic, photographic and other forms) obtained as a result of land management. In addition, information support for land management includes scientific and technical products and modern information systems that allow developers and consumers of land management documentation to provide up-to-date, complete and visual information about the results of land management works and technologies for their implementation. These issues are closely related to the regulation of the entire structure of the country’s land service, land legislation and, in General, the development of an optimal land policy, on which information support and full interaction of the entire land management industry depend.
