Villages, due to their important role in the production and employment system of the country, as well as due to the settlement of a significant volume of population, which have an important role in the development of regions; The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the development of villages using AHP model in Pesikhan rural district of central Rasht city. The method of collecting information is field and library and the research method is descriptive-analytical that the statistics and information available in the culture of settlements have been used during statistical courses. According to the results of Klash village, Talshan and Atashgah are relatively developed villages and other rural areas are underdeveloped rural villages, although the studies of this study show that there are many capabilities in rural villages to achieve rural development; However, in the current situation of rural settlements in Rasht, there is an imbalance in the level of development and the development of villages in this city is facing serious challenges and obstacles. This indicates that the rural settlements of Rasht city have suffered from imbalance and imbalance in the level of development, which is suggested to be provided with services with the help of rural villages and councils if possible. Utilizing the tourism potentials of the villages can help to provide services and enjoy the villages so that the villages can become developed villages

The aim and one of the main targets for regional development contained in the 2015-2019 National Medium-term Development Plan (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional—RPJMN) is rural development, namely by reducing the number of disadvantaged villages to 5,000 villages or increasing the number of independent villages at least 2,000 villages. In 2014, Indonesiahad 74,093 villages with 20,167 disadvantaged villages. In East Java, there are333 villages with 238 developing villages and 95disadvantaged villages, one of which is Sumberpetung village in Kaliparesub-district, Malangregency. Sumberpetung village is categorized as a disadvantaged village by a community empowerment agency of Malang regency based on the village development index issued by the national development agency in collaboration with the Central Bureau of Statistics.The village development index is assessed based on the condition of road infrastructure, education, health, clean water, electricity, and telecommunications infrastructure in the village. Sumberpetungvillage is categorized as disadvantaged due to physical, social, and economic infrastructure problems. This research aims to explain the infrastructure that is most influential in developing villages and how much influence these infrastructures have on village development. The data were collected through direct observation and questionnaire distribution.The data were then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, a descriptive analysis method. The results show that the most influential infrastructure on the development of Sumberpetungvillage in Malang regency is the physicalinfrastructure which includes transportation networks (roads and bridges), clean water networks, telecommunication, and drainage networks.

The paper introduces current situation of the traditional villages in Hubei, analyze Hubei province exposed problems and difficulties in the process of village construction, mainly discusses "Zhulian Village" in the process of development and management of innovation. Combined with the actual data, we start data collection and data analysis, including the number of domestic sewage treatment station, garbage disposal station and flush toilet of the traditional villages in hubei province. By establishing a multivariate regression model, we prove the number of domestic sewage treatment station, flush toilet as time are closely related to the comprehensive income of leisure tourism, promoting the traditional villages' comprehensive income of leisure tourism. Through the results of the demonstration, we combine the development status of villages in Hubei province to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for rural governance.
