    Abstract:
    Effects of different transplanting methods in mechanized rice transplanting on grain yield and its components were studied.The result showed that the number of effective panicle and the unit yield were the highest in mechanized rice transplanting with 1.29cm2 area of grasping seedling,11.7cm plant spacing and 5mm planting depth.

    Artificial transplanting was used as control treatment,the effect of 3 different mechanical planting modes(carpet mechanical transplanting,bowl-carpet mechanical transplanting and mechanical direct seeding)on rice yield was studied in Zhaoqing in 2011 to 2012.The results showed that : compared with artificial transplanting,mechanical direct seeding shortened the growth duration by about 15 days,and the duration of mechanical transplanting was the same as artificial transplanting;compared with artificial transplanting,the rice yield of carpet mechanical transplanting,bowl-carpet mechanical transplanting and mechanical direct seeding decreased in 2010 and 2011,average daily production of carpet mechanical transplanting and bowl-carpet mechanical transplanting were lower than that of artificial transplanting,while that of mechanical direct seeding was higher than artificial transplanting in 2010 and 2011;the rice yield of carpet mechanical transplanting,bowl mechanical transplanting increased and mechanical direct seeding was the same as artificial transplanting in 2012;average daily production of mechanical planting methods were higher than that in the artificial transplanting in 2012.

    The demonstration results of mechanized seedling nursing and transplanting technique showed that using this cultivation technique for single-cropping rice had remarkable economic benefit.Compared with artificial planting,mechanized seeding nursing and transplanting increased the rice yield by 7.19%,and increased the net economical benefit per 667 m2(0.067 hm2)by 154.68 Yuan.This paper summarized the main cultivation technique of mechanized seeding nursing and transplanting.

    Analysis and contrast of rice transplanting,direct seeding,seeding throwing was studied and rice mechanized potted-seedling transplanting was proposed.This planting mode could make rice growing orderly and increase rice yield.Field experiment showed rice mechanized potted-seedling transplanting could meet the agronomic requirement of rice with 8%~10% increase of yield and 20% decrease of cost compared with the traditional manual planting.Rice transplanting and rice mechanized potted-seedling transplanting are suitable to the northeast of China.

    In order to understand the rice transplanting machine, artificial transplanting and artificial t hrowing-seedling three different ways of rice yield transplanting to influence for the promotion of science, planting methods provide theory basis. NongJiJu county by three different ways in adjacent rice transplanting planting the same rice varieties, each 1 mu of the same management, observe the growth situation, tracking the growth process, statistical data, and the harvest, the respective yield comparison analysis. Eventually get rice transplanting machine per 565.5 kg, artificial transplanting the per 530.1 kg, 524.1 kg per artificial t hrowing-seedling, rice transplanting machine per 6.68% higher than transplanting artificially high, artificial t hrowing-seedling 7.9% higher than the per. Rice transplanting machine, we should promote the highest per encourage farmers to joint purchase transplanter, promoting scientific method, improve the mechanization of transplanting rice production.

    [Objective] The research aimed to study the best plants and seedlings configuration of mechanical transplanting rice in Lixiahe ecological area.[Method]The tiller dynamics,leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,yield and its components,such as yield population indicators of machine transplanting rice were observed and analyzed from the organic combination of the hole distance and seedlings per hill(sampling area).[Result]The optimum machine transplanting density of the machine transplanting rice were line spacing 30cm and plant spacing 10-12cm,suitable accompanying single point number was four Miao,which conducive to the establishment of high-quality groups,in order to achieve high yield.[Conclusion] The study provides the scientific basis for the large-scale production and applications of machine transplanting rice.

    Rice seedling transplanting technology is a fertile rice bowl seedling at the core of the new mechanized cultivation techniques. Through comparison of each index of different transplanter in the field, we concluded: Rice Seedling Transplanting techniques is better than traditional blanket transplanting seedlings technology in the aspects of rice root injury rate and rice growing condition, thus, it is worth to be,greatly promoted.

    The nitrogen application of mechanized transplanting were researched by plot comparative test and used Yanfeng47 as experiment material,through the test it confirmed that under the condition of mechanized transplanting,the applied dosage of base fertilizer,tiller fertilizer and panicle fertilizer should be 15%,55% and 30% from total nitrogen,the tiller fertilizer were suitable for using at the stage of two leaves and three leaves,and the yield could exceed 10.26 t/hm2.
