Abstract:
The chlorogenic acid contents in Luotian honeysuckle and Dadi honeysuckle from Luotian County were compared by using UV spectrophotometer.This study result shows that the contents of chlorogenic acid in two honeysuckles leaves luotian County are higher,and the chlorogenic acid content in leaf is almost 2.5 times as much as that in flower from Luotian honeysuckle.The result provides abasis for rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of Luotian honeysuckle plant resource.Keywords:

The field growth situation of honeysuckle variety Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.cv.Xianglei introduced from Hunan province to Guilin city was investigated;and the content of chlorogenic acid in L.macranthoides cv.Xianglei leaves was determined.The results showed that the L.macranthoides cv.Xianglei grew well in Guilin city as strains flowering twice in one year was found;and chlorogenic acid content in leaves was high.It provided powerful support for the selection of rapid growth honeysuckle material,breeding of new honeysuckle cultivars rich in flowers,establishing new methods for extraction of chlorogenic acid,speeding up the industrialization development of honeysuckle.

To compare with volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf. Steam distillation was used to extract the volatile substances from the wild Honeysuckle fruit,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf,GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile substances,and area normalization was used to quantify the relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile substances. The results show that in the volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf,the order of the esters content is the wild Honeysuckle fruit the Honeysuckle leaf the wild Honeysuckle; the order of the content of aldehyde,ketenes and alcohol is the wild Honeysuckle the wild Honeysuckle fruit the wild Honeysuckle Leaf; the order of the aromatic content is the wild Honeysuckle Leaf the wild Honeysuckle fruit the wild Honeysuckle; the alkenes content in the wild Honeysuckle fruit is more than others; all three contain Linalool,and the content is relatively high. There are obvious differences between the volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf,three clinical applications should be different; linalool is the material base of the common effect of them. Suggestion is given that future research should focus on the research on the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of the Honeysuckle fruit.

Object To study the effect of PP333 on growth and development of Lonicera japonica Thunb. and quality of honeysuckle, so as to find the most suitable using concentration for honeysuckle production.Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. Results It showed that PP333 restrained shoot lengthening growth, increased leaf area, raised yield, and increased chlorogenic acid content in honeysuckle. And lower concentration of PP333 (such as 100 mg·kg -1 and 200 mg·kg -1) showed a better effect. Conclusion Low concentration of PP333 was good to honeysuckle production.

Objective Analyze and compare the quality of Lonicera japonica 'Yatehong LSB' introducted in Wudangshan and representative growing district of S. China was selected for resource investigation. Methods The information of samples and the environment were collected. Chlorogenic acid form different growing districts were identifi ed by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside were determined by RP-HPLC. Results There were certain difference in the strength of spot of chlorogenic acid in the S. China from different districts,and the difference of the content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside were obvious. Conclusion The quality of Lonicera japonica 'Yatehong LSB' introduction in Wudangshan is better, and suitable planted in large area of Wudangshan.

The germplasm resource of Flos Lonicera in Xincheng county was investigated.The results showed that there were 3 species of Flos Lonicera distributed in Xincheng county and they were Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.,Lonicera dasystyla Rehd.and Lonicera similis Hemsl.The chlorogenic acid contents and fresh/dry weights of 1 000 flower buds of different Flos Lonicera samples had difference among varieties and regions and they were increased along with the increase of altitude.The comprehensive score of economic characters of L.dasystyla was highest and the secondary was Lonicera hypoglauca.

The paper studied the content of chlorogenic acid exit in defferent part of wild Lonicera japonica Thunb. producted in Fujian through paper chromatopraphy and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results shomed the content is defferent in defferent part and is flower、leave、stem、root respectively from high to low. All of these results furnisnih scientific evidence for exploitation and utilization of Fujian resotirce of Lonicera japonica Thunb.
