This paper studies the spatial agglomeration of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone mainly through global Moran index and spatial economic ties index, then analyzes the Agglomeration and urban economic ties, finally puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations as a reference.J.T.Hu general secretary of the study of Shandong in Shandong for the future of social and economic development to make a clear strategic positioning.It has brought a new opportunity for the economic development of Shandong Peninsula.Material to a core concentration is the basic phenomenon of the development of things.The objective existence of agglomeration in spatial economic activities, Moderate concentration can produce spatial agglomeration effect [1].The agglomeration of factors and economic activities in the regional space is the fundamental cause of the regional production, fundamental driving force for regional development.April 2009, J.T.Hu general secretary of the study of Shandong in Shandong for the future of social and economic development to make a clear strategic positioning.It has brought a new opportunity for the economic development of Shandong Peninsula.Peninsula Blue Economic Zone has become the breakthrough point of the development of modern marine economy in Shandong.But this research shows that, Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Area of the overall weak, showing the scale of the expansion of the degradation, structural differentiation, the weakening of the radiation trend[2].The article considers the spatial agglomeration of the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of the economic zone, optimize the industrial structure, to give full play to the advantages of all over the world has important significance.The study found that the theory and empirical research of spatial agglomeration of foreign countries is fruitful.Location theory has universal applicability; therefore, it has a high reference value to the economic space on the regional level; domestic and foreign scholars have made a more reasonable explanation for the development of regional economy.The new economic geography school economists began to incorporate "geographical space" in western mainstream economics analysis framework.But the model of location theory only explains why the economy will lead to the gathering, rather than explain the economy itself; [3] Whether the spatial distance between the regions is affected by the interaction between the region and the spatial problem, the theory of regional economic spatial structure is not given; the new economic geography model assumption to relax, but still appears simple, rigid.Many empirical model provides the tools for quantitative study, widely should be used in the study of regional economy.The research of regional economy in China is concentrated on the empirical analysis and the specific planning of the research level, fundamental research to regional economy is absent.Most of the applied models

The development of sea eco-tourism was an important way of realizing the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone strategy.Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper pointed out that the development of sea eco-tourism should define its drive mechanism,make overall arrangements,and adopt corresponding countermeasures from the following four aspects:conservatory ecology,community participation,planning for regions and industrial synergy.

Based on the geography as well as the actual economic,social and sports situation and development trend of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone,the paper discussed the feasibility and construction principles for integrated development of sports culture in this area on the theoretical basis of integrated and coordinated development after experts consulting and field survey.The paper also put forward some ideas and suggestions on the fundamental framework of sports culture construction,with a view to promote the rapid and effective development of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone.

Blue Economic Zone in Shandong Peninsula is the most dynamic and fastest-developing area with many advantageous resources and relatively advanced infrastructure in East China Shandong Province. A new pattern of Shandong port development has been preliminarily formed after many years construction, centering Qingdao port between two wings–Yantai port to the northwest and Rizhao port to the southwest, with the Shandong Peninsula ports group serving as the base. This paper presents the planning and development goals of the integrated transportation system in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, conducts the prediction analysis on the development of this system and forwards suggestions on its development strategy.

The conflict between city development and urban carrying capacity is getting ever prominent.In order to study and predict the restriction factors and prominent problems in the development of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone as well as promote the transfer of economic development pattern in this region,this study starts from four single factor carrying capacity indicators of water,earth,transportation and environment in the city and its comprehensive carrying capacity indicator,evaluates and analyzes its carrying capacity and then papooses policy suggestions for improving its carrying capacity.
