    Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention for stroke patients' improving of physical function and activities of daily living. Methods We randomly assigned 120 patients at the first onset of stroke and hemiplegia in our hospital from March2012 to August 2013, to receive either conventional rehabilitation care(control group) or early rehabilitation intervention(observation group). The primary outcome was a comparative analysis of the influence of the early rehabilitation intervention for the patients' limbs function and abilities of daily living. Results The Barthel index and Feg-Mevyer integral were significantly higher after the nursing interventions, with statistically significance(P 0.05). After 8 weeks of rehabilitation, the Barthel index and Feg-Mevyer integration of patients in the observation group, were significantly better than those of the patients in the control group(P 0.01). Conclusions For patients with acute stroke hemiplegia, early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve their physical exercise capacity and activities of daily living, which is important to improve patients' quality of life.

Objective To examine the influence of early rehabilitation therapy on hemiplegic motor function and daily living ability of patients with acute stroke. Methods Ninety-six patients with acute stroke were randomly assigned into rehabilitation group(n = 50)and control group(n= 46).All participants were treated by conventional medical treatment. The rehabilitation group also received early rehabilitation therapy.Fugl-Meyer scores were used to estimate mote function after 48 hours of strock while ADL scores were used to evaluate daily living ability after 28 days of rehabilitation therapy. Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer and ADL in the rehabilitation group are significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation therapy remarkably improves the hemiplegic motor function and living ability in patients with acute stroke.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the conventional drug therapy combined with early rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 92 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both groups were given conventional drug treatments, while in the observation group, the patients were subjected to early rehabilitation treatment. Results After treatment, the patient's limb motor function(FMA score)and activities of daily living(Barthel Index)compared with before treatment were significantly improved in the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation to the patients with hemiplegia after stroke can significantly promote the recovery of motor function and improve daily living skills, improve prognosis.

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on prognosis of old patients with acute stroke. Methods The 150 patients with acute stoke from Neurology Ward in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Nov 2010 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (80 cases) and control group (70 cases). Both groups received the medication and nutrition therapy, but the rehabilitation group received rehabilitation therapy. All the patients were used the NIHSS to evaluate their limbs movement function at admission, after 21 days and after 35 days. Meanwhile, the patients were applied with Barthel Index(BI) to evaluate the ability of activities of daily living after 35 days. Furthermore, complications and the hospitalization expense were gathered. Results The scores on limbs movement function in the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P0.05)and the scores on BI in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P0.05), however, complications and the hospitalization expense were significantly lower in the rehabilitation group. Conclusions The early rehabilitation therapy can increase the recover of limbs movement function, strengthen the self management ability, reduce the complications and the expense burden. It was safe and effective for the old patients of acute stroke.

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into two groups, rehabilitation group(70 cases) and control group(66 cases) which had no significantly statistical differences(P0.05) on age, sex, disease properties, disease time, severity and merger symptoms.Except the same pharmacotherapy and nursing care, patients in the rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation training after vital signs became stable.Barthel index evaluation method was used to evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation training for the rehabilitation group. Results The Barthel index which greater than 60 of rehabilitation group were significant higher than that of the control group,One-Way ANOVA analysis of the sports ability and self-care ability of two groups showed significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training of the patients with stroke hemiplegia can obviously improve motor function of the limbs and reduce the disability rates after stroke, and improve the daily life activities of the patients.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients hemiplegia. Methods From October 2010 to October 2008, 100 cases of stroke patients.with Hemiplegia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group ( 50 cases) and control group ( 50 cases). Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, in rehabilitation group the patients were treated with the early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. After 1 months and 3 months rehabilitation effect were compared between two groups. Results The degree of recovery in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, Barthel index scored significantly better than that of the control group. There was statistical significance in ADL of two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions The early rehabilitation nursing and rehabilitation play the active role on the functional recovery of stroke patients hemiplegia. It can significantly improve the limb motor function and activities of daily living, reduce disability, improve the quality of life. Key words: Stroke; Early stage; Rehabilitation nursing

Objective: To research the result of early rehabilitation care on increasing the daily activities of the hemiplegia patient.Methods:64 hemiplegia patients, induced by stroke, were divided randomly into the rehabilitation group and the control group. The two groups received routine nervous medical treatment and care.Meanwhile, the former group also received an early rehabilitation care. The patients daily activities before and after the rehabilitation were evaluated by the Barthel System. Results:The result, which was evaluated by Barthel System when the patient was hospitalized, was not notably different(P0.05)but improved after the routine treatment and care. But the rehabilitation group improved more obviously than the control group(P 0.01 ).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation care is effective in improving the motor function of limbs and increasing the ability of daily activities.

Objective: To explore the effects of early rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods: A total of 80 patients with stroke admitted to Ningxiang People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects for analysis. Among them, 40 patients received early rehabilitation nursing intervention after admission and were enrolled in the observation group. The other 40 patients received only general nursing intervention who were enrolled in the control group. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Ruminative responses scale (RRS) were used to evaluate the nerve function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) was applied to evaluate their athletic ability, and activity of daily living (ADL) score and Barthel index were utilized to evaluate their living ability. The adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, NIHSS score and RRS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the nerve function, athletic ability and living ability of stroke hemiplegia patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
