Abstract:
In 1996 the population of China reached 1.23 billion, 22 % of the world population, and is expected to increase to 1.5 billion by 2020. As China has only 7 % of the world's arable land such population increases are likely to have an important impact on food supply in China and the world. Projections of the potential impact are discussed. The restructuring of Chinese agriculture at the end of the 1970s has led to dramatic increases in agricultural production and food consumption, in particular of animal products, fruit and vegetables. Along with these rapid changes there is evidence of a nutrition transition in which diseases associated with affluence are becoming more prevalent than deficiency diseases. This transition has led to concern about the evolving dietary pattern. The replacement of legumes, including soyabean, by meat and other animal products as rich sources of protein and other nutrients has been controversially argued on grounds of nutritional health, ecological impact, economic effects and world food supply. These arguments are reviewed and the pressures internal and external to China concerning the production and consumption of animal v . legume products are presented. It is concluded that nutritional policies to promote the consumption of soyabean are unlikely to be effective in the context of an increasingly free and global market.Keywords:

SMEs restructuring in Guizhou Province in the post-reform era in addition to the existence of the problems with other areas,there also exists:(1) Abound of problem is calling for deal with;(2) the corporate restructuring condition is varying degrees;(3) restructuring corporate is in large difference progress;(4) corporate restructuring is difficult.In order to promote restructuring work of enterprises completely,considering its influencing factors,we should solve it as following:(1) accelerating the progress of enterprise restructuring,saving the cost of restructuring;(2) financial departments set up special funds and take flexible methods of payment;(3) managers and staffs should be encouraged to buy the property right of enterprise,in order to accelerate the progress of enterprise restructuring;(4) strengthening the management of restructuring efforts.

With the social and economic development,the contradictions of arable land decline and non-agricultural construction area growing have become increasingly prominent.To solve the food security at the period of population peak,the state raised an important means of protecting arable land through the overall plan implementation.This paper concerns the problems of land tenure scale that exists in the overall planning of land tenure and suggests the new model.Next,it proposes the compute model of the arable total demand potential.Finally,determine the score the tenured arable land productive potential,combined the last year's score the tenured arable land productive potential,every year's changes of supply score of arable land productive and every year's changes of the score of arable land productive demanded.

The restructuring of the listed companies have become the focus of stock market.Through the analysis on several restructuring ways adopted by the listed companies of Chongqing,the paper finds restructuring helps to improve their management,enhance their performance.However,there still exist some problems and deficiencies.It puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions against restructuring problems of Chongqing listed companies.

Based on land and socio-economic data of Chibi city between 1998 and 2010,the dynamic change of local arable land were analyzed in the aspect of driving force and prospected by factor analysis and grey system prediction.Results showed that the overall trend of land quantity appeared downward first then upward,and driving forces mainly were economic factors,the internal structure of agriculture,social factors and so on suggestions for protecting arable land were put forward and the optimized design of arable land layout was proceeded base on that.

Представлены преимущества и проблемы применения реструктуризации в стратегии развития предприятия. The article explores the features of the process of enterprise restructuring, studied and analyzed the ways of using restructuring for further business development. Particular attention is paid to the study of the main tasks, principles and approaches of restructuring in the Russian Federation. The basic aim of balance of arable land is to protect the synthetic ability of the grain production of the arable land. In the study, the production as a standard was introduced to the balance of arable land on the foundation of agricultural production. The relationship between arable land occupied and arable land replenished was achieved by production. The grain production capacity of arable land replenished should not be less than that of arable land occupied. The method, technical route and implement steps were presented based on the balance of arable land. It realized the application of agricultural production in the balance of arable land.
