At present, the intersection and fusion of different disciplines need to tackle a joint research. By the cooperation of different disciplines, knowledge innovation has become the important element of innovation in research organization. Communication management of knowledge innovation is one of the most essential management systems, which is beneficial for members in research organization to share information. It is of great significance for knowledge innovation and research innovation with communication management. This paper discusses the effect of specific communication means in knowledge innovation systems and precisely explores the dynamic relationship among the communication management's elements and knowledge innovation, and at last constructs knowledge innovation models of communication management in research organization.

The paper explores the linkage between knowledge management, collaboration and innovation, meanwhile absorptive capacity is essential to innovation. We see absorptive capacity is an intervening factor between knowledge and innovation. Knowledge can not only acquired through internal sharing but also through external collaboration and networking, so knowledge management and collaboration works interactively which in turn enhance the innovation activities. Collaboration can facilitate the innovate outcomes alone. The paper illustrates the relationships of these factors to better manage corporate competence.

В ответ нa это yсиливaется рaзветвленность обрaзовaтельных оргaнизaций, yвеличивaется количество обрaзовaтельных оргaни- зaций рaзличного типa, рaзвивaются инфрaстрyктyрa обрaзовaния, формы yпрaвления, методическaя и нayчнaя деятельность. Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. В стaтье рaскрывaется знaчение понятий «пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство в обрaзовaнии», рaссмaтривaется процесс их стaновления и рaзвития, описывaются рyко- водящие принципы и эффективные способы использовaния потенциaлa социaльных пaртнеров в подготовке педaгогических кaдров в высших yчебных зaведениях. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. The need for organizations to innovate is highlighted throughout the management literature on innovation.Knowledge is considered as a potential key competitive advantage by helping to facilitate innovation within the organization.This paper focuses on the role of knowledge management in enhancing employee innovation in organizations.In particular, this paper attempts to review the innovation and knowledge management literature in a systematic way.From the literature review, this paper paves the way for future studies to further examine and develop the possible model which incorporates employee innovation and knowledge management.Further research is needed to consider investigating the effects of knowledge management on employee innovation.

Effective knowledge management and innovation in research teams is a key to successful team performance. It is of great significance for knowledge management and research innovation with communication means. In this paper, we compare different concepts of knowledge management and innovation and then discuss the relationship between the effect of knowledge management and innovation and the free degree of member's communication. Thereafter, we precisely explore the effect and application of specific communication means. Finally, we construct the application models of knowledge management and innovation based on different communication means in research teams.

The innovation management is the key activity for company, and the innovation synergy mechanism and pattern between technology element and non-technology elements (mainly including strategy, culture, organization and institution) is the core issue for innovation-based organization. The traditional innovation management has provided the innovation synergy pattern between different products, but it limits itself to product innovation. The portfolio innovation management insists on the innovation synergy among technology, organization and culture and oriented to building up innovation competence, has provided more extension and pertinence, but not taken time-space dimension of innovation management into account. Therefore, based on cases studies of the firms home and abroad, a novel paradigm of innovation management - total innovation management (TIM) is put forward in this paper. This new paradigm combines the insights and coherence of the traditional innovation management view with the more relevant portfolio innovation management, and draws on three distinct areas of recent research, namely, the innovation theory of the firm, the resource-based view (RBV), as well as the complexity theory. It introduces the theoretical framework of TIM, and present the context of TIM formation. It holds, particularly, the view that all people are innovators. The paradigm of TIM provides a basis for an upgraded, more unified, and better-attuned view on innovation management field.

This paper presents a part of a larger study in the perspective of halal food logistics (HFL) towards halal food & beverages (FB logistics service providers (LSPs) that offering HFL services and the halal product's manufacturers, mainly from small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Some of the challenges were identified such as the complex management of warehousing and terminals, the lack of trust and knowledge, perceived risk, and others that related to the halal matters.
