Abstract:
Mammary Paget disease, characterized by diffuse infiltration of the nipple and areolar epidermis by carcinoma cells, develops in 1% to 3% of human mammary carcinomas. The purpose of this article is to present 2 cases of intraepidermal adenocarcinoma that resembled human mammary Paget disease, histologically and immunohistochemically, in dogs with underlying mammary carcinoma.Keywords:

Abstract In five out of eight patients operated on for mammary carcinoma, an extract of the autologous tumour induced inhibition of the in vitro leukocyte migration. Extracts of the patient's normal mammary tissue gave no inhibition, and negative results were likewise obtained when leukocytes from matched controls were exposed to extracts of isogeneic normal or tumourous tissue. These observations suggest that in some patients mammary carcinoma is associated with a state of cellular hypersensitivity against components of the tumour.

This paper deals with the effect on infiltration process of clay interlayer in sand by lab experiments on water infiltration into sand column that contains a clay interlayer.By analyzing experiment data,a conclusion is drawn that the effect is infiltration reduction,which can be explained as following: clay interlayer converts the non-linear process in sand into linear process of infiltration in clay interlayer.This results in the infiltration process of clay layer to be a stable infiltration stage with a smaller infiltration rate and a slower advance speed of wetting front.

Film hole infiltration characteristics under adequate water supply are analyzed based on indoor experimental data of vertical infiltration and film hole infiltration, and a Philip model of film hole infiltration under adequate water supply is development. The relationships between film hole infiltration parameters and vertical infiltration parameters are also determined. It is showed that film hole infiltration model under adequate water supply can be determined with vertical infiltration data.

Based on unsaturated soil water movement theory,Richards equation be resolved with SWMS-1D software for simulating one-dimensional(1D) soil infiltration under different experiment initial condition.The simulation results of accumulation infiltration quantity and wetting soil movement migration distance were verified by laboratory experiments and it's agreed well with measurement values.It shown that the Richards equation can be studied infiltration characteristic of 1D vertical infiltration.The simulation results was analyzed,it found that the soil texture and soil density have obvious effects on infiltration characteristic of 1D vertical infiltration,the water depth and soil moisture initial content have slight effect on infiltration characteristic,and established the different single parameter power function formula between accumulation infiltration quantity,infiltration speed and wetting soil movement migration distance with infiltration time.

According to the variation of the water volume in the wet layer which exists in the stable soil air pressure infiltration and the normal infiltration indoors and outdoors,we have observed the process of the soil air entrapment pressure and the infiltration water flow.Studies have showed that the soil air pressure content of the wetted soil can be divided into three stages:rapid,slow and stable stages.And we have concluded that the section water content in the stable infiltration is 0.97 or 0.50 L/L.

Mammary Paget's disease is an intraepithelial carcinoma present on the nipple and its areola. The tumor typically develops in middle aged women. It is frequently associated or contiguous to an underlying galactophoric adenocarcinoma. The histopathologic and immunopathologic aspects are typical and linked to the presence of Paget's cells. Early diagnosis is required searching for a possible underlying carcinoma. The surgical treatment is directed by the characteristics of the deep mammary carcinoma.

Based on unsaturated soil moisture movement theory,the mathematical model of one-dimensional vertical infiltration was established and the simulation of infiltration characteristics of various typical soils with different infiltration heads was performed.The simulation result was fitted by Philip model and showed that the infiltration head would have some effect on infiltro-sorptivity and steady infiltration rate.A method for determining the parameters of Philip model such as infiltration heads and saturated hydraulic conductivity was presented.The established model was verified by the literatures and data available.It was shown that the established model was able to determine readily the infiltro-sorptivity and steady infiltration rate and reflect more accurately the characteristics of one-dimensional vertical infiltration of soil moisture.
