More than 100 weanling pigs from 10 sows were studied the effect of adding non-starch-polysaccharide enzyme(NSPE) to corn-soybean diet on the growth and nutrient digestibility of weanling pigs.A corn-soybean diet as basic diet was used in all groups in this trial.Adding 120g/t NSPE to the diet used in the test groups,but on adding any NSPE to its diet for control one.The results showed that the digestibility of protein and organic matter of weanling pigs could be increased by 9.67% and 15.40%(P0.05), respectively.Adding NSPE to the corn-soybean diet,there was no obvious effect on the growth of weanling pigs before weanling,but there was an obvious positive effect on the weanling pigs from 0 to 14 day after weanling by increasing the daily gain of 10.40%(P0.05),increasing the total litter weight by 17.65%.The result also indicated adding NSPE to the weanling diet could decrease the weanling stress .

Aim:To investigate the adhering ability and characteristics of Helicobacter pylori (HP) to gastric mucosa and the role of adhesion process in pathogenicity of HP.Methods: Ten HP strains were tested by adhering to stomach mucosa of 4 fetuses ageing from 6 to 8 months.Results: The average numbers of different HP strains adhering to fetal mucosa were very different.The numbers of HP on every tissue piece varied form 51 to 3 700. There were also significant differences in adhering numbers of HP strain in the same site of different fetus' stomaches and in different sites of one stomach. No matter how many germs which adhered to stomach,the gastric mucosa's pathological change of all corresponding patients exceeded middle degree.Conclusion: It is indicated that the number of HP adhered to stomach mucosa is influenced not only by the kinds and quantity of adhesion but also by the kinds and quantites of their corresponding receptors distributing on different gastric mucosa. Although adhesion of HP is a crucial progress in pathogenicity, the adhering ability of HP to stomach mucosa is not the only key factor.

Objective To study the expressions of Ghrelin and its receptor (GHSR) in the patients with Hirschsprungs disease (HD).Methods Eighteen patients who were diagnosed with HD and underwent transanal pull-through procedure were recruited in this study.The resected colon was collected to study the expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR by immunohistochemistry staining.Results Ghrelin and GHSR protein were consistently expressed in the glandular epithelium and villi of the ganglionic colon.In the aganglionic segment,the expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR were significantly reduced (Ghrelin:0.1460 ± 0.014,GHSR:0.1386 ± 0.016).However,the expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR were restored in the dilated segment of colon (Ghrelin..0.5103 ± 0.013,GHSR..0.5094 ±0.019).Moderate expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR were found in the transition zone.In the same tissue of colon,the expression of Ghrelin was not significantly different from that of GHSR (P>0.05).Conclusions The expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR are reduced in the aganglionic colon of the patients with HD.

Forty-eight piglets were selected from 9 litters and randomly divided into two groups: weanled on the 23rd and 28th days by using crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Large White) piglets.Every group takes the samples at 0,3,7 and 14 day,respectively after weanling.The results showed that weanling on the different day have prominent influence on production performance of the piglets.The ADG and ADFI of piglet weaning on the 28th day were higher than that of piglet weaning on the 23th day notably.In addition,various digestive enzyme activities in digestive ferment of piglets weanled on the 28th day were higher than the 23rd of the same period age piglets in 2 weeks after weanling.
