    Abstract:
    The role of the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) in thyroid hormone regulation of TSH synthesis during hypothyroidism was studied in adult male rats that were normal (n = 10), had primary hypothyroidism with sham lesions in the hypothalamus (n = 17), and had primary hypothyroidism with PVN lesions (n = 14). Two and 4 weeks after initiation of treatment, plasma levels of thyroid hormones (TSH, corticosterone and PRL) and pituitary content of TSH beta and alpha-subunit mRNA were measured. TRH mRNA levels in the PVN were determined by in situ hybridization histochemistry. At 2 weeks, despite a decrease in plasma free T4 in both hypothyroid groups, plasma TSH levels increased, but to a lesser degree, in the hypothyroid PVN lesioned compared to hypothyroid sham-lesioned group (7.8 +/- 1.3 vs. 20.5 +/- 1.1 ng/dl; P less than 0.05). Similarly, at 4 weeks, the hypothyroid PVN-lesioned group demonstrated a blunted TSH response compared to the hypothyroid sham-lesioned group (6.8 +/- 0.7 vs. 24.0 +/- 1.3 ng/dl; P less than 0.05). Plasma corticosterone and PRL did not significantly differ between sham-lesioned and PVN-lesioned groups. TSH beta mRNA levels markedly increased in hypothyroid sham-lesioned rats compared to those in euthyroid controls at 2 weeks (476 +/- 21% vs. 100 +/- 39%; P less than 0.05) and 4 weeks (1680 +/- 270% vs. 100 +/- 35%; P less than 0.05). In contrast, TSH beta mRNA levels did not increase with hypothyroidism in the PVN-lesioned group compared to those in euthyroid controls at 2 weeks (140 +/- 16%, P = NS) and only partially increased at 4 weeks (507 +/- 135; P less than 0.05). alpha mRNA levels at 4 weeks markedly increased in hypothyroid sham-lesioned rats compared to those in euthyroid controls (1121 +/- 226% vs. 100 +/- 48%; P less than 0.05), but did not increase in the hypothyroid PVN-lesioned rats (61 +/- 15%; P = NS). TRH mRNA in the PVN increased in the hypothyroid sham-lesioned rats compared to those in euthyroid controls (16.6 +/- 1.3 vs. 4.8 +/- 1.2 arbitrary densitometric units; P less than 0.05), and TRH mRNA was not detectable in the PVN of hypothyroid-lesioned rats at 2 weeks. In summary, lesions in rat PVN prevented the full increase in plasma TSH, pituitary TSH beta mRNA, and alpha mRNA levels in response to hypothyroidism. Thus, factors in the PVN are important in thyroid hormone feedback regulation of both TSH synthesis and secretion.
    The immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the distribution of oxytocin on hypothalamus in dairy goat during midgestation.The oxytocin-immunohistochemical(OT-IR) neurons were mainly distributed over nucleus pareventricularis and nucleus supra-optious;in addition,OT-IR neurons were also found in nucleus circularis,nucleus supra-opticus diffuses,nucleus arcuatus,nucleus periventricularis,nucleus perifornicalis,area anterior hypothalami,area lateralis hypothalami,nucleus posterior hypothalami,nucleus mamilaris and so on.More OT-IR nerve fibers were observed in nucleus paraventricularis,nucleus supra-opticus diffuses,nucleus supra-optious,medium eminence and the surrounding area of the third ventricle and so on.Also,some nerve fibers were found in nucleus suprachiasmaricus.These results suggested that the distribution of OT in the hypothalamus of dairy goat during midgestation was extensive and the physiological effection was on target cells by blood circle after releasing by three channels which were the third ventriculus(cerebrospinal fluid)、neurohypophysis and blood vessel.

    In this paper,the recent researches on neurons distribution in hypothalamus in animal were introduced.It put forward that the neurons were distributed in each nerve nucleus of hypothalamus,even several kinds of neurons simultaneously distributed in one nerve nucleus;and the neurons in supraoptic nucleus(SON),paraventricular nucleus(PVN) and arcuate nucleus(ARC) are the main nerve nucleus which were distributed in many kinds of neurons,it will provide morphological information to further study the hypothalamus physiological function.

    The immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the distribution of oxytocin in the hypothalamus of the lamb. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions.     In order to explore the interaction and balance relationship between substances in the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network,we researched the coexistence of the IFN-γR and ER immunoreactivity(ir) in the hypothalamus of healthy adult female SD rat by immunohistochemistry method.The results were as follows: there were IFN-γR-ir and ER-ir single and double labeled cells in the hypothalamus.The double labeled cells were mainly located in the suprachiasmatic nucleus,anteromedial nucleus,anterolateral nucleus,periventricular nucleus,supraoptic nucleus,periventricular nucleus,nuclei of anterior hypothalamic nucleus,poster hypothalamic nucleus,ventral premammillary nucleus,dorsal premammillary nucleus,and so on.IFN-γR/ER double labelled cells accounted for about 60.9% of total labeled cells.The IFN-γR-ir producs were blue-black,which were mainly located in the cytoplasm.The ER-ir products were brown in color,which were mainly located in the whole neurons.These results implied that there were interaction between the IFN-γR and ER in the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network,which probably join in the action of the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network.

    Effects of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GRH) and corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) on the release of immunoreactive thyrotropin-releasing hormone (ir-TRH) from the rat hypothalamus in vitro were studied. The rat hypothalamus was incubated in medium 199 with 1.0 mg/ml of bacitracin (pH 7.4) for 20 min. The amount of ir-TRH release into the medium was measured by radioimmunoassay. The ir-TRH release from the rat hypothalamus was inhibited significantly in a dose-related manner with the addition of GRH or CRH. These findings suggest that GRH and CRH inhibit ir-TRH release from the rat hypothalamus in vitro.

    Corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) immunoreactivity was detected in neurons of the central nucleus of the amygdala that were retrogradely labelled by injection of a fluorescent tracer (True Blue) into the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus (PVN). The double-labelled neurons were located mainly in the medial subdivision of the central nucleus and appeared to comprise less than one-fifth of the descending pathway. These results suggest that CRH may act as a neurotransmitter in the amygdalo-hypothalamic pathway.
