    Abstract:
    Six copper(II) complexes of trans-1,2,3-propenetricarboxylic acid (H3L) with novel ladder, bi-rack, rack–ladder–rack and layer structures were obtained by the combination of the diverse coordination symmetries and the Jahn–Teller effect of the Cu2+ ion and the T-shaped coordination mode of the L3− or HL2− ligand together with the introduction of an inert directing ligand. Solid-state photoluminescent analyses of the present compounds show that they display blue emissions.
    The City of Saginaw Water Department came up with a hydrant rack to solve the problem of hydrant storage. The hydrant rack allows for the storage of different‐length hydrants and allows personnel easy and safe access to them. Materials, costs, construction, and benefits are listed.
    As a plating method for precision parts, the rack loading method in which the workpiece is placed on the rack is often used. In many plating factories that use the rack loading method, workers perform the loading task manually. Existing model-based rack-loading labor-saving systems that utilize simulation results need to be recalculated every time the shape or position of a workpiece or rack changes. For this reason, it takes a lot of time and effort to change the setups. Achieving the rack-loading task that requires less setup changes, we assumed the rack loading task as a non-contact inverse peg-in-hole problem. In this study, we constructed a rack loading system which recognizes the pin position on the rack side and the hole position on the workpiece side without any contacts.

    The performances of pallet rack were studied with experiments.The influence of structure,rack width,and time on shelve on pallet rack performances was analyzed and discussed based on experiment results.The methods and directions to improve the performances of pallet rack were put forward.The purpose was to provide reference for selection of pallet rack.

    By integrating with the function of Pro/E and according the top-down physical designing ideas,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the major components of Sub-rack such as panels,boxes and other accessories.Then it realized the automatic physical design of sub-rack by layout,skel_model,3D solid model and the top-down method of Pro/E,which increase the designing properties and improve the designing efficiency and the quality of sub-rack.

    In the present design,the analysis criterion on trash、rack resonance refers to a single rack according to Levin formula, but it is not completely right. This paper demonstrates that the frequence of a single rack is related to the effect of surrounding racks and the generalized characteristic equation for calculating the frequence of single rack in consideration of the influence of the whole trash、rack is deduced and the mechanism of this influence is explained. At last, a revised Levin formula is given.

    The flexible movement of racks in the mobile-rack picking system (MRPS) significantly improves the picking efficiency of e-commerce orders with the characteristics of “one order multi–items” and creates a challenging problem of how to place racks in the warehouse. This is because the placement of each rack in the MRPS directly influences the distance that racks need to be moved during order picking, which in turn affects the order picking efficiency. To handle the rack location optimization problem (RLOP), this work introduces a novel idea and methodology, taking into account the heat degree and the relevance degree of racks, to enhance the efficiency of rack placements in the MRPS. Specifically, a two-stage solution strategy is implemented. In stage 1, an integer programming model (Model 1) is developed to determine the heat and relevance degree of racks, and it can be solved quickly by the Gurobi. Stage 2 entails developing a bi-objective integer programming model (Model 2) with the objective to minimize the travel distances of robots in both heavy load and no-load conditions, using the rack heat and relevance degree as inputs. In light of the challenge of decision coupling and the vast solution space in stage 2, we innovatively propose two lower bounds by slacking off the distance between storage locations. A matheuristic algorithm based on Benders decomposition (MABBD) is designed, which utilizes Benders-related rules to reconstruct Model 2, introduces an enhanced cut and an improved optimal cut with RLOP characteristics, and designs the warm start strategy and the master variable fixed strategy. Given the substantial size of real-life problems, the Memetic algorithm (MA) is specifically devised to address them. Instances of varying sizes are also employed to validate the science and efficacy of the model and algorithm.

    Aimed at rack contact measurement,a method of small-module rack measurement based on machine vision is proposed.A machine vision measurement system is established.The system controls the movement of the rack with the grating,while the CCD is taking photos of the rack to realize the measurement for the whole rack.The images is analyzed by Matlab,and the edge of the rack is obtained.The basic parameters of the rack such as p and s,assessment of parameters related to the rack is calculated.The experiment turns out that the precision of this method can meet the requirements for the measurement of such rack,providing technical support for the rack online testing.

    랙크식 창고 내에는 화재하중이 높은 물품이 수직으로 조밀하게 적재되어 있어 창고의 내부에서 화재가 발생되는 경우 현재의 스프링클러설비에 의해 유효하게 소화되기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실물 규모의 랙크 구조물을 구축하고, 구조물 내부의 스프링클러헤드 종류 및 배치에 따른 화재실험을 통해 스프링클러설비에 의한 소화유효성을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 랙크식 창고의 내부의 화재를 유효하게 진압하기 위해서는 방수량 115 LPM 이상의 스프링클러헤드를 사용해야 하며, 동 스프링클러헤드를 높이 기준이 아닌 랙크 각 단마다 설치해야하고, 각 단의 가연물더미의 대각선 모서리 위치에 설치될 필요가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.In rack-type warehouses, it is difficult to extinguish fires effectively using sprinkler systems because high fire load commodities are stacked vertically and densely. In this study, an actual size rack structure was constructed and the effectiveness of the fire extinguished by the sprinkler system was confirmed through fire tests according to the type and arrangement of the sprinkler head in the rack structure. Through this study, to effectively suppress fires in rack-type warehouses, it is necessary to use sprinkler heads with a volume of more than 115 LPM and sprinkler heads need to be installed at the diagonal corner positions of the commodities of each rack.
