    Abstract:
    With the proliferation of Web services and the evolution towards the Semantic Web comes the opportunity to automate various Web services tasks. In this paper, we propose the conception of Sub Web Service and present an algorithm of automatic web service composition which based on Sub Web Service. The most contribution of this paper is: (1) propose the conception of Sub Web Service; (2) present a automatic composition algorithm. The simulation experiment indicated that the algorithm we proposed is effective and efficiency when applied in web service composition engine.

    A semantic-based Web mining is mentioned by many people in order to improve Web service levels and address the existing Web services which is supported by the lack of semantic problem. Semantic-based Web data mining is a combination of the semantic Web and Web mining. Web mining results help to build the semantic Web. The knowledge of Semantic Web makes Web mining easier to achieve, but also can improve the effectiveness of Web mining. This paper firstly introduces the related knowledge of Semantic Web and Web mining, and then discusses the semantic-based Web mining, finally proposes to build a semantic-based Web mining model under the framework of the Agent.

    Semantic means adding meaning and understanding. Applying semantic web concepts to web services produces semantic web services. These combined type of services transfer web services from such static functionalities to more intelligent components that can be processed and interpreted automatically on machines without human intervention. Applying semantic web to web data produces Linked Data. This data allows the reuse, share and linking between different sources of data easily and in a standard manner. In this paper, we discuss how semantic web concepts are applied on both web services and web data.
    Abstract — It has been recognized that due to the autonomy and heterogeneity, of Web services and the Web itself, new approaches should be developed to describe and advertise Web services. The most notable approaches rely on the description of Web services using semantics. This new breed of Web services, termed semantic Web services, will enable the automatic annotation, advertisement, discovery, selection, composition, and execution of inter-organization business logic, making the Internet become a common global platform where organizations and individuals communicate with each other to carry out various commercial activities and to provide value-added services. This paper deals with two of the hottest R&D and technology areas currently associated with the Web — Web services and the semantic Web. It describes how semantic Web services extend Web services as the semantic Web improves the current Web, and presents three different conceptual approaches to deploying semantic Web services, namely, WSDL-S, OWL-S, and WSMO.

    This paper gives an overview of the main ideas and the research progress of Semantic Web Mining. Seman- tic Web Mining utilizes the semantic data extracted from the traditional Web or uses the semantic structure of the Se- mantic Web directly to help Web Mining. It combines two fast-developing research areas Semantic Web and Web Mining. This idea is to improve, on the one hand, the results of Web Mining by exploiting the new semantic structures in the Web; and to make use of Web Mining, on the other hand, for building up the Semantic Web. In this paper, how to extract semantics from the Web is introduced firstly. Then exploiting Semantics for Web Mining an mining the Semantic Web directly is discussed.

    The Semantic Web is not a separate Web but an extension of the current one, in which information is given well-defined meaning, better enabling computers and people to work in cooperation. It is also referred to as Web 3.0 and is an upcoming technology. The Semantic Web is a web of data.
