Abstract:
Meaningfully automating sociotechnical business collaboration promises efficiency-, effectiveness-, and quality increases for realizing next-generation decentralized autonomous organizations. For automating business-process aware cross-organizational operations, the development of existing choreography languages is technology driven and focuses less on sociotechnical suitability and expressiveness concepts and properties that recognize the interaction between people in organizations and technology in workplaces. This gap our suitability- and expressiveness exploration fills by means of a cross-organizational collaboration ontology that we map as a proof-of-concept evaluation to the eSourcing Markup Language (eSML). The latter we test in a feasibility case study to meaningfully support the automation of business collaboration. The developed eSourcing ontology and eSML is replicable for exploring strengths and weaknesses of other choreography languages. Keywords:

The adoption of model-driven engineering methodologies contributes to reduce the complexity of developing distributed systems. A key point to master such complexity is the use of modelling languages, such as the BPMN standard. This permits to specify choreography diagrams describing, from a global point of view, the interactions that should occur among distributed components in order to reach given goals. Even though BPMN choreographies are promising to increase business possibilities, their concrete adoption has been challenging and faced complex hurdles. On the one hand, there is a lack of concrete support to the different phases of the choreography life-cycle, especially in relation to the choreography execution. Another obstacle consists in the lack of distributed infrastructures allowing the participants involved in the cooperation to trust each other, and in particular to get enough guarantees that all of them will behave as prescribed by the choreography model.

Business processes surround us wherever we go, there are some simpler and more complicated business processes. We need to plan business processes properly so that we do not waste time and have high costs because of a redesign. We use the business process models in which we show graphical business process diagrams that will take place inside of it. By using the BPMN 2.0 standard, we show you in a simple and easy-to-understand way how a business process is performed. For a better understanding of the business process, we also use different diagrams.

Aiming at the problem that Business Process Modeling Notation(BPMN) does not allow for formal analysis, this paper proposes a method to describe BPMN choreography pattern by Pi-calculus to realize describing BPMN choreography.BPMN choreography pattern is service interaction pattern in BPMN.Experimental result shows that this method can find and eliminate the deadlock of BPMN choreography.
