In the Chinese context,higher educational research bears an obvious feature of disciplinary construction.Introducing multi-disciplinary research doesn't change the disciplinary goal of higher educational research.About thirty years' systematical research reveals that disciplinary construction completes its external institution to some degree but is far away from its internal institution.The main reason may lie in conducting multi-disciplinary research in the disciplinary viewpoint and the methodological viewpoint has not been paid adequate attention to.To establish a mature and independent discipline of higher education we should not only emphasize the disciplinary viewpoint,but more importantly we should attach importance to the practice and carry out multi-disciplinary research from the perspective of methodological viewpoint,and eventually to transfer from the disciplinary to the methodological viewpoint.

Using a case study of recent applied theatre work within a secure setting in Auckland, New Zealand, we will consider the ways in which applied theatre can function as a multi-, inter- and trans-disciplinary form—multi- disciplinary in that it embraces the various arts disciplines in its makings inter-disciplinary in that it works with and within other disciplinary sites and, in doing so, is informed by and adapts to those site's discourses and practices trans-disciplinary in the ways applied theatre practice and research blur traditional disciplinary boundaries to create new approaches and outcomes. Trans-disciplinary work ‘leads to the evolution of disciplines, hybridisation and outcomes that are greater than the sum of the parts’ (Petts et al., 2008:597). The intention of this paper, therefore, is to present and to untangle some of the tensions and possibilities that reside within prison theatre's complex and many-layered disciplinary relationships.

There is the interaction relationship between the development of college disciplinary and the system of disciplinarity, we must make it clear that the system of disciplinarity have not only promoting but also restricting effect on the development of disciplinary. Disciplinarity promoted the form and development of disciplinary-centred academic institutions. It also promoted the form of model of disciplinary research and teaching. Meanwhile, disciplinarity have made the ancient uniform knowledge culture was divided into two cultures, the metaphysical and the material parts of human culture were separated, it also restrained the research of cross-disciplinary. From the respect of knowledge production in universities, disciplinary development and disciplinarity, this paper reveals the special relationship between disciplinarity and disciplinary development.

The twenty-first century is an educated agricultural time.This paper begins with analyzing the distinguishing features of educated agriculture and its requirements of the high agricultural universities and colleges,and then sums up the experiences of the services of ShanXi Agricultural University to the educated agriculture.Moreover,combining the reality of Shanxi,the paper suggests that the educated agriculture should be research projects in these fields of breeding animals and plants,drying farming as water-saving,biological engineering,ecological environments,agriculture of facilities and so on,and proposes five ways of doing the job well.

Is it expected of the employer to strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of its own disciplinary code when conducting disciplinary proceedings against an employee? The purpose of this note is to address this question and investigate the approach of the courts towards such a deviation by the employer from its own disciplinary code. It seems to be clear that no uniformity exists in the approach of the courts towards this issue.
