    Although the need for using IT (Information Technology) in the construction industry have exploded over years, there are few specific alternatives to improve constructability. From the point of IT, the improvement of constructability is up to fast and precise search of information. The effective way of information acquisition in the construction process is to acquire necessary information of construction objects from drawings. Thus, this paper presents a conceptual framework for linking drawing and construction information to improve efficiency of the construction process through IT. This research further suggests a way of practica application of integrated database, which is one of basic elements in CIC (Computer Integrated Construction), to the construction process. The method presented in this paper use World Wide Web technology for effective construction information management of remote areas of construction sites.

    In the rapid development of Chinese construction industry, intelligent assembly building construction based on low cost, high efficiency and other advantages, in the practice of inquiry has been widely paid attention to. Although scholars around the world have strengthened the research on the theory of intelligent prefabricated building construction technology, with the vigorous development of the construction industry, a large number of safety problems have emerged in existing construction projects. Therefore, some scholars have proposed to scientifically solve the problems faced by intelligent prefabricated building construction management with the help of information integrated BIM technology, so as to build a highly efficient and normative safety management system. On the basis of understanding the construction management of intelligent prefabricated building and the research status of BIM technology, this paper deeply discusses how to apply BIM technology in intelligent prefabricated building construction and give full play to the unique advantages of BIM technology according to the main characteristics and construction requirements of intelligent prefabricated building construction in the new era.

    This work aims to present an analysis of architectural repercussions involved in choosing a certain climatic system for an office block. The intention is to unite techniques and the building itself. Independently of the bioclimatic design criteria for office work, these buildings require active technical systems for their air conditioning. We should only consider the air conditioning option that allows for regulation of areas and the maximum energetic effectiveness (VAV, fan coils, ducted fan coils, etc). The choice of the final system has serious considerations for both the architect and the building. In this study a representative office floor plan is proposed. Among its features are: an open-plan, certain height, core services and glass retaining wall. For this plan, the different air conditioning systems are analysed focusing on the consequences on the architecture (space occupied, spatial distribution, visual impact, user comfort, etc). These aspects will be studied afterwards for the whole building. This work will allow us to have a summary of the architectural repercussions of each system so that the architect can take decisions before designing the installation.

    The influence of solar energy to the architecture of buildings is undeniable. From the seventies of the twentieth century, lots of terms and definitions appeared, trying to describe a style of architecture based on the principles of taking into account the climatic conditions and the exploitation of the potential of local energy resources such as solar energy. Theory of Architecture usually focuses on the mutual relation between building constructions and architectural forms. But, in the process of architectural forms design, the elements that are not directly related to the structural base of the building, are included too. Sustainable ways of heating, ventilation, water supply and so on, directly or indirectly affect the architectural planning. One of the important factors that affect the shape of the building is the elements associated with the solar energy. Issues of how to Influence of solar energy on the architectural shaping of buildings are described in this article.

    Traditional building in some places in Indonesia such as Batak, Toraja, Timor, Papua, had already adapted with the nature and environment through trial and error process in the long period. Due to the various cultural factors, the performance of the building Architecture are different. Even though the performance of building architecture are different, every traditional building has similarity to create the thermal comfort of the building. For example the way of using material, natural ventilation, solar radiation protection, etc. In the design process of vernacular or modern Architecture. The wisdom traditional architecture to create the thermal comfort of the building can be used as a referency. That’s mean we are not only depend on the mechanical air condition, but we have to pay more attention to the use of natural system, due to energy saving. Therefore, we can hope that the use of traditional architecture in this decade does not only implement in the use of architectural performance or the ornament. But also in the application of the wisdom traditional architecture it self to create the thermal comfort inside of the building.

    The design of enclosure,main construction plan,problems emerge in construction procedure and corresponding countermeasures are expounded detailely.In order to guarantee construction safety,countermeasures which based on synthetically consideration of geological condition and engineering characteristic should be made.
