Starting by ntroducing four common definitions on reciprocal two-ports,this paper provides the essential consideration on the word reciprocal and thus deduces the definition based on the port variables. Then this definition is proved to be equivalent to the definition based on the two-port parameters. The definition of the reciprocal element has then been given. The author also introduces that the reciprocal theorem is actually the simple statement that two-ports constituted by reciprocal elements are reciprocal and points out that it is only the sufficient condition for reciprocal two-ports.The relationship between reciprocal two-ports and passive two-ports has also been discussed.

How does reciprocal links affect the function of real social network? Does reciprocal link and non-reciprocal link play the same role? Previous researches haven't displayed a clear picture to us until now according to the best of our knowledge. Motivated by this, in this paper, we empirically study the influence of reciprocal links in two representative real datasets, Sina Weibo and Douban. Our results demonstrate that the reciprocal links play a more important role than non-reciprocal ones in information diffusion process. In particular, not only coverage but also the speed of the information diffusion can be significantly enhanced by considering the reciprocal effect. We give some possible explanations from the perspectives of network connectivity and efficiency. This work may shed some light on the in-depth understanding and application of the reciprocal effect in directed online social networks.

In accordance with the changes on equilibrium constant presented in the new college chemistry textbooks, the relationship between experimental equilibrium constant and standard equilibrium constant is discussed ,and the disadvantages of using experimental equilibrium constant are pointed out A further discussion on standard equilibrium constant is given in the article

Reciprocal processes are stochastic processes such that the current state only depends on the nearest past and future. The research on continuous-time reciprocal processes has been comprehensive since the 1970s, while surprisingly discrete-time reciprocal processes (i.e., reciprocal chains) are rarely seen in the literature. What is worse is that in the scant literature where reciprocal chains are mentioned, a misunderstanding on how to formally define reciprocal chains has existed since 2008. This article aims to formally define reciprocal chains and provide foundations for the study of them.

This study investigated children's development in reciprocal sharing behavior and the relationship between theory of mind and children's reciprocal sharing. We presented 3-, 4- and 5-year-old children with reciprocal and non-reciprocal conditions in repeated dictator games. Results showed that when making decisions about how much to share, all three groups of children shared more resources when their partners have opportunity to reciprocate. However, only 5- and 4-year-old groups showed a statistical significance. Furthermore, the ability of theory of mind is positively related to children's reciprocal sharing. Children who were better at false-belief tasks shared significantly more resources with their partner in a reciprocal sharing condition, but not a non-reciprocal sharing condition.

Reciprocal borrowing by users of university and college libraries is traced back to experiments in WA in the mid 1970s. That particular scene is analysed in detail, and the present situation around Australia is also surveyed. The arguments for and against reciprocal borrowing are explored, and the need for more data to enable better decision-making is stressed.
