Abstract:
This paper reviews evidence for the effectiveness of stress management techniques in reducing three risk factors for coronary heart disease: Type A behaviour, raised serum cholesterol, and hypertension. Preliminary evidence suggests that such interventions not only reduce individual risk factors, they can also reduce mortality and morbidity to CHD. Consideration now has to be given to the most effective system of delivery of such interventions. Keywords:

Objective:In the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,lipid-lowering drug treatment is more and more attention, more and more large-scale clinical trials confirm that statins significantly reduced the incidence of coronary heart disease and cardiovascular events, and strengthen Lipid-lowering therapy in a very high-risk patients becomes more and more attention. In this paper,112 cases of hospital outpatient secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in patients with lipid therapy in clinical Practice review to explore the statin drugs, clinical application

Deficiencies in implementation of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (CHD) have been identified. We explored the extent of medication use for secondary prevention of CHD since the introduction of the National Service Framework (NSF) for CHD and the influence of patient age, social class, region and time since diagnosis in older British men.

Based on the the research results of medication adherence to secondary prevention in patients with coronary heart disease in recent years at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarizes the defi nition, the present situation, the infl uencing factors. In conclusion, it also indicates the diffi culties and challenge in this fi eld.

Objective The goal of this study was to explore the diagnosis value of treadmill test(TET) on coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Fouty-one pseudo-diagnosis CHD patients, which received TET and the patient result was positivem, received coronary arteriongraphy(CAG).Results The positive predictabilities of TET on different coronary branch disease were 71.4%(LCX),54.3%(LCX),60.0%(RCA) and 100%(LM).The percent of accuracy of TET on different coronary disease were 72.6%(LAD),60.7%(LCX),68.1%(RCA) and 2.8%(LM).Conclusion TET had different value in diagnosing different coronary branch disease as a non-invasive test method in CHD patients, which should be synthetic analysed with other method.
